The object is a two-storey building of complex configuration in plan with a basement located in axes 5-7/G-Zh and a technical underground in the remaining axes. The kindergarten building, standard project 212-2-65, is made with overall dimensions in the axes of 60,0 x 39,0 m. The height of the premises of the first floor from the floor level to the bottom of the interfloor ceiling is 3,0 m. The level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken as 0,000 buildings in axes 7-8 / D-E. According to the constructive scheme, the building is made of frame with longitudinal and transverse frames. The main load-bearing structures of the building are foundations, prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, prefabricated reinforced concrete floor and roof crossbars, prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs and roofs. Spatial rigidity and stability of the building are provided by columns fixed in reinforced concrete foundations and by the rigidity of floor and roof disks. The outer walls of the building are self-supporting prefabricated reinforced concrete panels, 350 mm thick, made according to the II 04-5 series. The basement of the building is plastered and painted, the facade of the building is painted. The internal walls are made of ceramic bricks on a cement-sand mortar. Internal thickness - 380 mm, 250 mm (excluding plaster layer). The partitions are made of 100 mm thick gypsum plaster and 120 mm thick ceramic brick masonry on a cement-sand mortar (excluding the plaster layer).
