General information.

The departments of the polyclinic consist of three main groups: common premises, medical and preventive units, service and amenity premises. The group of common premises includes vestibule-registration and reference and information premises. Treatment and prophylactic units consist of a prevention department, treatment and diagnostic departments, and auxiliary departments. The medical and diagnostic departments include: medical reception rooms (therapist, surgeon, urologist, neurologist, ophthalmologist, otorhinolaryngologist, cardiologist, infectious disease specialist, oncologist, endocrinologist), diagnostic departments (X-ray diagnostic rooms, functional diagnostic rooms, clinical diagnostic laboratory) physiotherapy and exercise therapy. The auxiliary department includes the central sterilization department. The detailed composition of the polyclinic is given in the explication of the premises on the floor plans. The areas of doctors' reception rooms have been brought into line with the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.3.2630-10. The central sterilization department has been redesigned to carry out all stages of processing reusable medical instruments. A room and equipment for temporary storage and disposal of class B waste is provided. The clinical diagnostic laboratory is divided into zones where work is carried out with microorganisms of 3-4 pathogenicity groups and where such work is not carried out. A day hospital for 5 beds has been designed.
