General information.

The building of the secondary school is a detached three-story building with a basement, of complex shape in plan. The height of the floor is 3 m. The outer walls of the building are made of expanded clay concrete panels. The dimensions of the building along the extreme marking axes are 81,56x69,58 m. The school building consists of two volumetric blocks A and B, connected by a one-story passage. Block A houses classrooms, while Block B houses a gym, a canteen and an assembly hall. The entrance to the school building is through the central entrance with a vestibule in the axes V-D/12. By location on the site, the building of block B is located higher in terms of planning ground marks than the crossing and the building of block A (photo 1 Appendix C). Block A in the coordination axes 1-17 / A-I - three-story, with a rugged outline in plan. Along axis 1/A-D, the building has a two-story extension without a basement (Photo 7 Appendix B). The time of construction of the annex is unknown. The clear height of each floor of Block A is 3 m. There are two staircases in the block - one of three marching ones in the axes 5-6 / V-D, the second of two marching ones in the axes 11-12 / D-Zh. Block A has three emergency exits - along the D/11-12 axis, along the 6/G-D axis, and along the A/1a-1 axis. Under block A there is a basement. The height of the cellar is 2,72 m. The entrance to the cellar is located along the axes 7-8/B. Block B in the coordination axes 1/-6//A/-D/ has one and two floors. The dimensions of the block along the outer edges of the walls are 25,20 m x 30,60 m. In the one-story part of block B in axes 4'-67A'-D' there is a gym, the height of the room is 6,0 m. auditorium on the second floor. The height of each floor is 1 m. The stairs to the 3nd floor are located in the axes 3'-2'/B'-D'. Block B has three emergency exits - two along the A//3/-4' axis, one along the D//3'-4' axis. There is a basement under block B, the entrance to it is located in axes 2/-3//D/. The height of the basement is 2 m. The level of the basement floor is at the level of the layout of the courtyard area. Block A and block B are connected by a one-story passage located in axes 3'-1,85 D'-B. Under the passage there is a basement with a height of 3 m.

Constructive decisions

According to the constructive solution, the block A building is framed, which is a system consisting of bar-bearing elements - vertical (columns) and horizontal beams (crossbars) with a longitudinal arrangement (in the basement and with a transverse one), united by rigid horizontal disks of floors, wall diaphragms and stiffening cores stairwells. The foundations for the columns are columnar reinforced concrete, the foundations for the walls are tape reinforced concrete. The frame is designed according to the standard series and its modifications and works according to the frame-braced scheme. Prefabricated reinforced concrete columns with a section of 300x300 mm. installed with a step of 6,0 m in the longitudinal direction and a step of 6,0 - 3,0 - 6,0 in the transverse direction. The used columns are two-console and three-console, in which two consoles are formed by concrete tides, and the third by a steel support table welded to embedded parts. Crossbars - tee section with a shelf at the bottom for supporting floor slabs. Ceilings - multi-hollow slabs with a height of 220 mm and a span of 3 and 6 meters. Panels of external walls of double-row cutting - concrete 300 mm thick. Internal walls and partitions are made of brick, 250 mm and 120 mm thick, respectively. Lintels over doorways are prefabricated reinforced concrete. The roof is flat, combined, rolled with an internal drain. The floors in the basement are concrete. The windows are partly plastic, partly plastic, partly old with wooden bindings. According to the constructive solution, the building of block B is frame and wall with internal load-bearing walls along the axis 3/ and 4/, united by hard horizontal floor disks. The foundations for the columns are columnar reinforced concrete, for the walls - strip reinforced concrete. Prefabricated reinforced concrete columns with a section of 400x400 mm are installed with a step of 6,0 m in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Applied columns: along the A axis / single console, along the axis 1//D/ and 6' D' single console with an additional steel support table, along the axis 2//D/ and 5' D' three consoles, in which two consoles are formed by concrete tides, and the third with a steel support table welded to embedded parts, the rest of the columns are double-console. Crossbars - tee section with a shelf at the bottom for supporting floor slabs. The ceilings of the basement, the first floor in the axes l'-Z'/A'-D' and the ceilings of the 1st and 2nd floors in the axes 3'-47A'-D' are multi-hollow slabs with a height of 220 mm and a span of 3 and 6 meters. Ceilings over the gym and assembly hall - ribbed slabs with a span of 12 m, a width of 1,5 m. Panels of external walls along the axis 1', 6', D' of two-row cutting - concrete 300 mm thick. The outer wall along the A' axis is made of silicate brick 640 mm thick. Internal walls and partitions are made of brick, 510 mm and 120 mm thick, respectively. Lintels over doorways are prefabricated reinforced concrete. The roof is flat, combined, rolled with an internal drain. The floors in the basement are concrete. According to the constructive solution, the transition building is wall-mounted with longitudinal external load-bearing walls made of silicate brick 510 mm thick. internal partitions brick 120 mm thick. Lintels over door and window openings are prefabricated reinforced concrete. Ceilings - multi-hollow slabs 220 mm high and 6 meters span. The foundations are tape reinforced concrete. The plinth is made of red clay bricks. The roof is flat, combined, rolled with an internal drain. The windows are old with wooden bindings. According to the constructive solution, the building of the annex to block A is a wall building with load-bearing outer walls made of clay bricks 510 mm thick, floor slabs are flat hollow reinforced concrete floor slabs 220 mm high. Lintels over door and window openings are prefabricated reinforced concrete. The foundations are tape reinforced concrete. The roof is shed, combined,. unorganized drainage.
