General information.

Year of construction: The building was built in 1964. The number of apartments is 80. The foundations are strip, concrete from reinforced concrete blocks, mixed masonry. External walls - brick, on a cement-sand mortar, 550 mm thick. Internal walls - brick, on a cement-sand mortar, 400-550 mm thick. Ceilings - basement, interfloor and attic floors from prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, the slabs transfer the load from the ceiling to the load-bearing walls. Stairs - two-flight, from prefabricated reinforced concrete marches supported by a landing, landings are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, stairway fencing is metal with wooden handrails. Balconies - reinforced concrete slabs, cantilevered in the walls, covered with ceramic tiles, metal railings, covered with fiberglass slabs. Peaks - metal on a metal framework. Coating - galvanized steel. The roof is gable with an attic and an organized outdoor drain. Roofing - roofing rolled on reinforced concrete ribbed slabs, overhangs and gutters made of galvanized steel sheet. The blind area is asphalt concrete. Drainage trays are missing.
