Building responsibility level – II. Automated boiler house AKM "Signal 1800" serial production is certified by the State Standard of Russia No. ROSS RU.ME05.B05366 and complies with the technical specifications TU 4859-001-23080639-2004. The installed boiler house is a two-level building structure of a modular type, consisting of a steel frame with hinged "sandwich" panels. The working draft provides for the use of a double-barreled chimney 22 m high with a truss-type supporting structure, with a facet size of 1,2 m in plan, in accordance with TU 5263-001-94666395-2006 and certificate of conformity No. ROSS RU.АИ83.В00856. Gas exhaust shafts with a diameter of 300 mm are made of stainless steel with external insulation. The vertical load from the gas outlet shafts and the wind load is taken by the supporting metal frame and transferred to the foundation through the anchor basket. The calculation of building structures was carried out using the SCAD 11.1 program. The relative elevation of 0,000 is taken as the absolute elevation of 10,350 m. The foundations are designed in accordance with engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. The foundation for the boiler building is a monolithic reinforced concrete ribbed slab made of concrete of class B15, F75, W6, 200 mm thick for concrete preparation of concrete B7,5, 100 mm thick. At the base of the foundations - yellow sand of medium size with a design resistance of 2,1 kg / cm2. The maximum pressure on the base is 0,12 kg/cm2. The foundation for the chimney is taken columnar with a laying depth below the freezing depth, from monolithic reinforced concrete of class B25, F75, W6. The expected draft is 0,89 mm, the foundation roll is 0,00304. Under the foundations, concrete preparation is provided with a thickness of 100 mm. The working project provides for the dismantling of the existing fence and the installation of a territory fence in steel structures. Fencing posts made of steel pipes with a step of 3,0 m are based on monolithic columnar foundations made of class B15 concrete, laying to the freezing depth. The maximum level of groundwater is expected during unfavorable periods near the surface of the earth. Groundwater is slightly aggressive in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide in relation to concrete of normal permeability. The normative depth of sand freezing is 1,5 m. To prevent freezing of soils under the base of the foundation, a layer of Penoplex 35 insulation 50 mm thick is provided under the blind area.

Engineering equipment, utility networks, engineering activities

As a source of heat supply for the facility, an automatic boiler house AKM "Signal 1800" of mass production with a design load of 1626 (1,398) kW (Gcal/h) was accepted for installation, which provides the specified heat consumption. The automatic boiler room AKM "Signal 1800" provides for the installation of: hot water flow meters (on the supply and return pipes of the boiler circuit) and resistance thermometers installed together with flow meters. Heating networks are 4-pipe. From the boiler house to the central heating points - 2-pipe. Connection of heating systems of buildings to the heat network according to an independent scheme, with the connection of the heat network through plate heat exchangers in the boiler room. Collapsible heat exchangers. Connection of DHW systems - according to a closed scheme. Steel electric-welded and polyethylene pipes were selected for laying the heating network in accordance with GOST 10704-91. For laying the DHW network - polyethylene pipes (with a diameter of not more than 110 mm) and stainless steel pipes (for pipelines with a diameter of more than 1100 mm). At the lower points of the heating network, a device for draining water from the system is provided, and at the upper points, installation of air vents. Installed fittings on heating pipelines on branches, air vents and drains - steel or polyethylene, designed for a pressure of 6 kg / cm2 and a temperature of the working medium of at least 95 ° C. The main pipeline is designed for working medium temperatures of at least 115°C. Fittings for the DHW circuit are made of polyethylene or stainless steel, designed for a pressure of 6 kg/cm2 and a working medium temperature of at least 70°C. Pipelines are laid channelless in isolation from polyurethane foam IZOPROFLEX-A. Associated drainage in the projected area is not provided. Gas supply is provided in accordance with the technical specifications from a medium-pressure gas pipeline of natural gas with a calorific value QH = 9,304 kWh/m3 (8000 kcal/m3), density p = 0,68 kg/m3 and a pressure of 0,230 MPa. Estimated maximum gas consumption of the boiler house is 210,288 cubic meters per hour. Design decisions for water supply and sanitation were made based on the requirements to ensure the supply of water of the required quality and parameters for the preparation of hot water supply, make-up of the heating system and the boiler circuit of the modular boiler house AKM "Signal" on the basis of technical specifications. Water consumption - 67,033 cubic meters / day; stock volume - 1,163 cubic meters/day Cold water supply is provided through two inputs from public water supply networks. To account for the amount of water consumed by the boiler house, two water metering units for commercial metering are installed, located in the boiler room. Heating is provided by heat emissions from the equipment and the installation of an air-heating unit. The permitted power of the boiler house is 30,97 kVA. Power supply reliability category - III. The power supply of the facility is provided from TP-38 via the cable line APvBbShp 1-4x50, 190 m long, laid in a trench. To account for the consumed electricity, a three-phase active energy meter Mercury 230 ART-01 PQRSIGDN 5 (50) A is provided, installed in the ShUK cabinet in the transformer substation TP-38. Supply voltage 380/220 V. Measures are provided to ensure electrical safety: grounding devices, protective measures in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Code, lightning protection system.
