CONSTRUCTION AND SPACE-PLANNING SOLUTIONS

The object considered by the project consists of four buildings and structures. Structurally, each building (structure) is 1 fire compartment: the building of the guest house (F 1.2) is two-story with an attic - 1 fire. a compartment with an area of ​​392,4 m2 and a volume of 1714,4 m3; bath building (F 3.6) one-story with an attic - 1 well. a compartment with an area of ​​103,8 m2 and a volume of 495,4 m3; billiard room building (F 3.6) one-story - 1 fire. a compartment with an area of ​​89 m2 and a volume of 378,4 m3; construction of a greenhouse (F 3.6) one-story - 1 fire. compartment with an area of ​​192,5 m2 and a volume of 869,8 m3. At the same time, the area in terms of the fire compartment and the height of the building do not exceed the allowable fire safety regulations for objects of the corresponding class of functional fire hazard: (Form 3.6) one-story public buildings of the V degree of fire resistance - 1200 m², up to 6 m high (according to SP 1.13130.2009. 6.7.1) in accordance with clause 6.9, table 2.13130.2012 of SP 1.2; (F 800) two-story public building of the V degree of fire resistance - 6 m², up to 1.13130.2009 m high (according to SP 6.7.1) in accordance with clause 6.9, table 2.13130.2012 of SP 2. The building of the bathhouse and the building of the greenhouse are connected by a passage. The total area of ​​the floors of the bathhouse and the greenhouse (Building 1 and Building 296,3 - 2 m5.4.19), connected by a transition, does not exceed the allowable floor area within the fire compartment, according to clause 2.13130.2012. SP XNUMX does not provide for additional measures to ensure fire resistance.

The degree of fire resistance of buildings is determined by the fire resistance of its building structures in accordance with 123-FZ "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements". The class of constructive fire hazard is determined by the degree of participation of building structures in the development of a fire, the class of functional fire hazard of a building is determined in accordance with its purpose and the features of the technological processes located in it.

Description and justification of the compositional techniques used in the design of facades and interiors of the capital construction object.
The facades of the building are asymmetrical. The double-height space of the entrance hall is revealed on the facade by the large-scale glazing of the entrance doors and the light opening above them. The public area is highlighted on the facades by a semicircular cylinder of a glazed veranda and a high balcony opening inscribed in a round window and leading to an open terrace above the veranda. The round window of the guest room compositionally levels out the lapidarity of the southeastern blank facade. The main compositional technique of the architectural interpretation of the building is built on the balance of large glazing surfaces and blind planes of walls made of timber. The interiors are designed in the same stylistically restrained manner and are, in essence, a continuation of the facade theme: the main compositional dominants are round window openings that set the tone for the volumetric-plastic concept of the interior space. Rectangular window openings are available in all rooms intended for long-term stay of people. The window openings are filled with double-glazed windows, stained glass windows are installed on the veranda. In the living room on the ground floor there is a fireplace manufactured by Chazelles, firebox Chazelles CDF 801 R. The interiors are designed in strict accordance with the requirements and functional program of the customer on the basis of regulatory documentation.

Description of solutions for finishing the premises of the main, auxiliary, service and technical purposes.
The load-bearing elements of the building are transverse and longitudinal walls made of glued beams with a section of 220x175 (h) mm. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of walls and ceilings laid on load-bearing walls. The ceilings are made on wooden beams with a section of 50x200 (h) mm, filled with soundproof materials. Internal partitions are made of aerated concrete blocks. All internal wooden elements are impregnated with Pinotex Interior Snow antiseptic and Tikkurila glazing compounds, decorative plaster and painting are proposed for aerated concrete partitions. In wet rooms, porcelain stoneware is used for wall decoration. Floor coverings - depending on the functional purpose of the premises - include parquet and porcelain stoneware. The building is not equipped with a garbage chute according to the design assignment. Removal of garbage and cleaning of premises is carried out by the maintenance service.

Description of architectural solutions that provide natural lighting for premises with a permanent presence of people.
To ensure natural lighting of premises with permanent residence, window openings are provided in the outer walls, as well as stained-glass glazing on the veranda. The area of ​​glazing complies with the norms of natural light.

Description of architectural and construction measures that ensure the protection of premises from noise, vibration and other impacts.
The sanitary standard for noise in the premises is ensured by the fulfillment of the requirements of SNiP 23-03-2003 "Protection from noise" to the sound insulation of enclosing structures. Enclosing structures of premises with a normalized level of sound insulation are checked by calculation. Noise suppression measures for ventilation equipment ensure compliance with sanitary noise standards for the surrounding area. In all engineering systems, all necessary measures are used to prevent the transmission of vibration to building structures.

Description of decisions on decorative- artistic and color finishing of interiors.
The project involves the decoration of the premises with materials of neutral light colors. Color accents are made on the door leaves, the contrasting solution is enhanced by the textures of various materials: the varnished surfaces of the door leaves contrast with the textured surface of the wooden walls and the decorative plaster of the partitions. All finishing materials used in the project have certificates in the field of fire safety, hygiene certificates and certificates of conformity.
