Engineering equipment, utility networks, engineering activities

The project documentation provides for the laying of two 110 kV cable lines from three single-core cables PvPu2g - 1 1x630 (gzh) / 240 (OV) -64/110 each (total number of cables 26532 m), laying of two cable communication lines OPN-DPM-04-A024 -12,0 (total cable length 9120 m) from ZRU Yugo-Zapadnaya CHPP to the projected substation Yugo-Zapadnaya 1. The route of the planned 110 kV cable lines runs along the cable overpass of the CHPP, then along the territory of the CHPP in pipes in the ground to the roadway of st. *****. Under the roadway st. ***** (under r. ***** in the puncture of the HDD) to the street. ***** in cast reinforced concrete trays. From st. ***** to ***** avenue - in the pocket of the street. ***** in HDD holes. From st. ***** by ***** pr. - in the lawn in reinforced concrete trays up to pr. *****, then - in the carriageway pr. ***** to ***** channel in HDD punctures between sleeve sections. For crossing ***** channel, a HDD puncture was designed, bypassing the pile field of the future bridge supports on the side. After crossing ***** channel, the KL-110 kV route runs in the carriageway of pr. ***** before entering the territory of the projected substation Yugo-Zapadnaya 1 in cast reinforced concrete trays. All coupling sections are designed in cast reinforced concrete trays in an open way. The device of reinforced concrete trays with open laying is made taking into account the data of engineering and geological surveys.

Organization of construction

The construction organization project provides for the construction of 2 CL 110kV. The construction master plan was developed on a scale of 1:500 for the construction period, taking into account the work of the preparatory period. Temporary solid fencing of the construction site is provided in accordance with the requirement of GOST 23407-78. Entry and exit of transport and construction equipment to the construction site is provided from the side of the local road network. At the exit from the construction site, it is planned to wash the wheels of vehicles with circulating water supply. The laying of the cable line is carried out in a closed, open way and on a flyover. Earthworks for the construction of pits and trenches are carried out with an EO-3322A type excavator, with a bucket - 0,65 m3. To ensure the safety of work in pits and trenches, the walls of the slopes are fastened with wooden shields. The mechanization of construction works is complex, using mechanisms such as: DZ-31-1KhL, DU-48. The mode of operation is one-shift. Materials are stored in open areas with a margin of no more than 5 days. Provision of construction materials is provided from the enterprises of the city's construction industry. Amenity premises for construction workers, with a maximum number of employees of 28 people, are provided from container-type mobile modules.
