Technological and design solutions

The project documentation provides for the reconstruction of the River Embankment 1 and the River Embankment 2. The main design solutions include: construction of the embankment wall between the abutments of the bridges; restoration of the roadway of the existing section of the street of local importance, after the laying of the rain sewer with the shutdown of direct outlets and the installation of rainwater connections; arrangement of lawns and stuffed coverings within the boundaries of the projected embankment wall, restoration of landscaping and planting of trees. The existing carriageway has a width of 9,0 m, the sidewalk adjacent to the left (along the embankment wall picketage) is 3,0 m. At the intersection with the avenue. On the curvature of the carriageway from the side of the island, the radius of curvature is assumed to be 16 m. Pavement structures of the roadway in the places of laying engineering networks: asphalt concrete hot dense fine-grained type B, grade I, on viscous bitumen BND 60/90, GOST 9128-2009, - 5,0 cm; hot porous coarse-grained asphalt concrete, grade I, on viscous bitumen BND 60/90, GOST 9128-2009, - 9,0 cm; crushed granite grade 1000, fraction 40-70, with cleats, GOST 8267-93, 25607-2009 - 29,0 cm; fine sand (content of silt-clay fraction 5%), Kf≥3m/day, GOST 8736-93*, – 40,0 cm. After the work, a device is provided for milling the roadway for the entire width with the laying of two layers of asphalt concrete: asphalt concrete hot dense fine-grained type B, grade I, on viscous bitumen BND 60/90, GOST 9128-2009, - 5,0 cm; hot porous coarse-grained asphalt concrete, grade I, on viscous bitumen BND 60/90, GOST 9128-2009, - 9,0 cm. At the junction of new and existing road structures between the second and upper layers of asphalt concrete, laying of the Ha Telit 40/17С geogrid is planned. Sidewalk structures: asphalt concrete hot sandy dense type G grade II, GOST 9128-2009 - 3,5 cm; hot sandy highly porous asphalt concrete grade I, GOST 9128-2009 - 4,0 cm; crushed granite grade 800, fraction 40-70, with rivets, GOST 8267-93 - 15,0 cm; fine sand (content of silt-clay fraction 5%), Kf≥3m/day, GOST 8736-93* – 25,0 cm; The improvement project at the construction site provides for the installation of lawns on an area of 5171,5 m2 along the slopes and planned surfaces of the projected embankment, and the restoration of lawns after work on an area of 1064 m2, as well as the restoration of printed and tiled coverings with a total area of 1128 m2 on the existing foundation. The project documentation provides for the implementation of bank protection of 2 types: at a length of 667,24 m - in the form of a semi-slope embankment with a landscaped slope; on the spit of the island near the garden at a length of 47,5 m - in the form of a high embankment. In the alignment of the object on the river, the construction of descent No. 1 is provided, in the alignment No. 2, the construction of descent No. 2 is provided.

1. The semi-slope embankment is a low banquet wall on a pile foundation with facade prefabricated reinforced concrete. blocks combined with piles by a monolithic reinforced concrete grillage slab. Facade blocks are lined with pink granite. Concrete blocks and grillage slabs - B25 F200 W6. Pile foundations are designed in 2 types: Type 1. Front vertical solid row of reinforced concrete sheet piles 16cm thick and two rows (vertical and inclined 3:1) of prismatic reinforced concrete piles with a section of 35x35cm. Type 2. The front vertical solid row of steel sheet pile panels ПШС and the rear vertical row of piles with a section of 35x35cm (used in the area of influence of construction and installation works on buildings and structures of the surrounding development and in areas of the embankment wall where conservation of green spaces is required). In the area of the underwater crossing, a water conduit with a diameter of 529 mm in the pile foundation of the wall provides a gap, covered by a shield of reinforced concrete sheet piles. At the same time, the grillage slab is widened at a length of 16,5 m to allow an additional row of piles to be driven in this section. The slopes of the embankment with a steepness of 1:2,5 are covered with sand and strengthened by double sowing of grasses over the vegetation layer and the Enkamat mat.

2. The high embankment is designed on a high pile grillage with pink granite facing on the front surface. Granite cladding stones in the zone of variable water level are installed in the formwork, forming a massive cladding. In the surface part, a hinged cladding was used. Concrete of grillage slab and wall - B25 F200 W6. Pile foundation: front vertical continuous row of reinforced concrete sheet piles 16 cm long and three vertical rows of prismatic reinforced concrete piles with a section of 35x35 cm. The fencing of the high embankment area is an individual metal grating. The area along the embankment fence to a width of 5,50 m is paved with gray granite slabs. Decorative flowerpots made of steel and cast iron are installed on the site. On the cornice stones of the embankment, it is planned to install mooring eyes with a force of 8 tons with a step of 25,0 m.

3. Descents to the water are granite stairs (grey granite color) on pile foundations with facade prefabricated reinforced concrete blocks, combined with piles with a monolithic slab. Facade blocks are lined with pink granite. Concrete grillage slabs - B25 F200 W6. Pile foundations: a front vertical solid row of reinforced concrete sheet piles 16 cm thick and three vertical rows of reinforced concrete prismatic piles with a section of 35 x 35 cm. The stairs are lined with granite bowstrings. Granite pedestals are installed on the upper and lower platforms of the slopes. On the upper pedestals there are lamps similar to the lamps installed in the park, on the lower pedestals - granite flowerpots. To prevent washing out of soil from behind the wall, a two-layer reverse filter is provided from crushed stone of fraction 20-40 and a sand-gravel mixture. The embankment is divided into sections along the length. Between the sections, expansion joints are arranged, filled with 3 layers of Mostoplast and a polyurethane bundle, followed by cutting the seam from the facade with TEKTOR-203 polyurethane two-component sealing mastic. The jointing of the seams between the facing stones and the paving slabs of the site on the high wall section is carried out with the TsMID-3GSh repair compound. Concrete surfaces in contact with the ground are covered with cold Slavyanka mastic. Steel sheet pile panels ПШС are insulated by painting. The project documentation provides for dredging to ensure the water depth at the embankment wall is at least 1,0 m.
