The projected low-rise residential complex consists of 6 block-roofed residential buildings, each block is designed for one family. Each house represents a single volume, consisting of a different number of block sections (from 2 to 8). All houses are three-story (including the attic), without a basement. Entrances to residential blocks are provided from the side of streets and driveways. The first floors at around 0,000 have a typical planning solution: an entrance group (lobby, wardrobe), a kitchen-living room, a guest bathroom, a staircase connecting the floors. Access to the adjacent plot is provided through the living room and terrace. On the second floors are designed: a hall with access to a balcony or a loggia, bedrooms with a dressing room and a bathroom combined with a bathroom. The outdoor parking lot provides 1 parking space for personal vehicles of the disabled. On the way from the parking lot to the entrances to the residential premises, sections of the sidewalk with a lowered curb are provided. The width of the traffic path on the site with oncoming traffic of wheelchair users is at least 2 m. External stairs are designed with handrails. The entrance platform is designed with a canopy and a drainage system.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II (normal). The construction system of buildings is monolithic reinforced concrete, the structural system of buildings is wall, the structural scheme is cross. Monolithic reinforced concrete load-bearing walls of buildings are made in DURISOL permanent formwork blocks. Specifications for DURISOL fixed formwork blocks were developed by NIIZhB in accordance with GOST R 52085-2003. The thickness of monolithic reinforced concrete in the external enclosing load-bearing walls is 140 mm, in the internal load-bearing walls - 150 mm of class B20 concrete. Steps of monolithic load-bearing walls are from 3,87 m to 7,5 m. Ceilings are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete beams with a thickness of 160 mm from B25 class concrete. Floor beams - with a section of 140x600 (h) mm and 140x400 (h) mm. Covering - truss system. The material of the truss system: ridge beams and sloping legs of the hips are taken from steel beams of I-beams according to STO ASCHM 20-93 from steel C245; ordinary rafters - a wooden bar according to GOST 24454-80. The rigidity of the coating disk is provided by fastening OSB boards 12 mm thick to each rafter leg. Wooden rafters and lathing are antiseptic and treated with PIRILAX fire retardant to ensure the preservation of fire retardant properties for a period of at least 30 years. Metal beams are treated with fire-retardant paint "Phoenix STS" on a primer that ensures the preservation of fire-retardant properties. The spatial immutability and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of hard disks of floors and transverse and longitudinal load-bearing walls. Stairs in the project are not designed, they will be made according to individual orders. The spatial calculation of buildings was carried out in the LIRA 9.4 software package, taking into account the influence of the compliance of the foundation. The required fire resistance of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures is provided by increased protective layers of concrete for the working reinforcement of the structures. Foundations - monolithic reinforced concrete strips 905 mm high on a natural base made of concrete of class B20, W6, F100. The foundation strips are connected by a monolithic slab 200 mm thick made of B20, W6, F100 class concrete, which is the floor slab of the first floor. The foundation strips and the slab are arranged according to concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm from concrete of class B7.5. The average pressure on the base is 0,34 kg/cm2. The design soil resistance of the base is 8,29 kg/cm2. The expected maximum draft is 3,78 cm, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 20.15. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the basis of the foundations is the EGE-7 soil (brown sandy loam with gravel, pebbles, plastic), which has the following characteristics: e = 0,372; n=29о; cn=0,22 kg/cm2; E= 130 kg/cm2. The maximum level of groundwater should be expected during periods of heavy snowmelt at an absolute mark of about +18.10. Ground waters are moderately aggressive to concrete of normal permeability.
