The building of the School of Arts is 2-storey T-shaped in plan with dimensions in the axes of 66,9 x 35,4 m. The building is frame. Bearing structures - monolithic reinforced concrete columns with a section of 300x300 mm and pilasters. The main pitch of the columns is 6,3x6,0 m, 6,3x3,3 m, 6,0x6,3m, 6,0x6,0m, 3,0x6,0m. The composition of the school premises and the placement, taking into account their functional relationships, were made in accordance with regulatory requirements and agreed with the Customer. The internal planning structure of the construction object is determined by the functional purpose of the groups of premises, technological and sanitary requirements. All groups of premises are interconnected by internal corridors and vertical communications. The design of the art school is carried out taking into account the requirements of SP 59.13330.2012 Accessibility of buildings and structures for people with limited mobility, SP 35-103-2001 Public buildings and structures accessible to visitors with limited mobility, SP 35-101-2001 “Design of buildings and structures taking into account people with limited mobility. General Provisions". The building of the School of Arts was designed taking into account the use of all public areas by people with limited mobility (MSG). The accessibility of students and visitors of the Moscow State University in wheelchairs to the first floor is provided at the main entrance from the ground level along the ramp, to the second floor - with the help of an elevator for the Moscow State University.
