 Architectural and space-planning solutions

The projected building of the children's art school is a detached, trapezoid-shaped building with three above-ground floors and a basement. The height of the main volume of the building from the ground level to the parapet is 15,91 m, the maximum height (up to the parapet of the superstructure above the stage) is 18,65 m. The level of the finished floor of the first floor in the A-L axes is taken as a relative mark of 0,000. The basement floor with a height of 2,95 m from the floor to the bottom of the ceiling is designed to accommodate administrative, utility and utility rooms, rooms for engineering equipment. Partially at the level of the basement floor (along the A-L axes), a technical underground 1,75 m high from the floor to the bottom of the ceiling was designed, intended for laying engineering communications. On the first floor with a height of 5,10 m in the axes A-L (elev.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

The structural scheme of the building is frame-wall. All load-bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Concrete B25, W4, F75 (in the basement - B25, W6, F150), working reinforcement A400 and A240. The load-bearing external walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick, with external insulation and finishing with a hinged facade system, consisting of porcelain stoneware slabs and a frame. Frame - with fastening to reinforced concrete walls with brackets, insulation - with fastening to reinforced concrete with dish-shaped dowels. The hinged ventilated facade system adopted in the project documentation will be calculated and developed at the stage of "working documentation" in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. Non-bearing external walls - with floor-by-floor support on floor beams, designed from brick 1NF / 150 / 1.4 / 35 250 mm thick with external insulation and finishing with a hinged facade system. The outer walls of the basement floor are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick with external insulation with a layer of "Rockwool" (below the blind area - with a foam layer) and with concrete stone cladding. Internal walls - from monolithic reinforced concrete 200 and 160 mm thick. Columns - from monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 400x400 and 400x600 mm. Beams - from monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 400x600, 200x400, 400x900 mm (h, taking into account the thickness of the slab). Ceilings and roofing - continuous slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick supported by beams and walls. The ceiling of the amphitheater of the auditorium is a slab of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick with a slope. The covering of the auditorium is a slab of monolithic reinforced concrete 175 mm thick on a fixed formwork of profiled flooring H114-750-1.0 supported by steel trusses and reinforced concrete walls. Roof trusses - with parallel belts, span 17,7-24,80 m, height 1,8 m, with a step of 3,85 m, in length - composite, with hinged support of the upper belts on reinforced concrete walls. Farms are designed from steel closed bent-welded profiles. Steel C345 (belts) and C255 (grille). Cover struts made of steel closed bent-welded profiles are designed along the lower chords of the trusses. Elements of stairs - from monolithic reinforced concrete. Elevator shafts - monolithic reinforced concrete, with a wall thickness of 140 mm (160 mm in the basement). Spatial rigidity and stability are ensured by the box-shaped structure of the basement floor, the rigid connection of all elements of the core and the joint work of the frame and load-bearing walls with hard disks of monolithic floors. The level of responsibility of the building is the second (normal). The estimated service life of the building is assumed to be at least 50 years. Calculations of building structures were performed in a finite element model using the certified software package "SCAD" v.11.5 and "CROSS" in a spatial model, taking into account the joint work of the base, foundations and building. The fire resistance of reinforced concrete structures is ensured due to the installation of a rated value of the protective layer of concrete up to the axis of the working reinforcement, steel structures are protected by a paint composition. The fire resistance of steel structures of the hall cover is provided with secondary protection. The mark of 0,000 is taken as the mark of the finished floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of 27.50. The foundation was developed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys. The foundation is a slab on a natural base made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 500 mm. Concrete B25, W6, F150, working reinforcement A400 and A240. The absolute mark of the bottom of the foundation is 24.85. The pressure under the sole of the foundation is 0,725 kgf/cm2. The base of the foundation is light sandy semi-solid loam (IGE-2) with e=0,479, E=140 kgf/cm2, φII=26°, IL=0,19 and dusty plastic sandy loam (IGE-3) with e=0,387, E= 120 kgf/cm2, φII=26°, IL=0,34. The calculated resistance of the soil at the base of the foundations is 7,1 kgf / cm2. Preparation under the foundations - a layer of monolithic concrete B10 100 mm thick over a layer of sand with crushed stone 300 mm thick. The maximum level of groundwater is at the surface of the earth. Groundwater is slightly aggressive in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide and the hydrogen index in relation to concrete of normal permeability. Protection of the building from groundwater and dampness: drainage; installation of underground structures made of concrete W6; a closed contour of rolled waterproofing under the foundation and along the outer walls of the basement. The expected maximum design settlement of the foundation is 7,46 cm, the relative difference in settlement is 0,001, the maximum horizontal movement of the top of the building is 0,9 cm. The building was designed without negative impact on the surrounding buildings. The project documentation provides for the fencing of the territory. The fence is mesh, the posts are made of closed steel profiles with a step of 2,5 m. The foundations of the fence are columnar with a diameter of 400 mm.
