Architectural solutions.

Construction of a 3-story school building with a basement, rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the axes of 42,0x25,8 m, the upper elevation of the parapet - 16,520 m. In the underground part (elevation minus 4,200) - pantries, ventilation chambers, ITP, pumping, water metering unit, technical premises for laying engineering communications. On the 1st floor (elev. 0,000) - entrance group, cloakroom, class of the preparatory group, small hall, buffet, administrative premises, first-aid post, "universal" and "small" halls, premises of workshops for the repair of musical instruments and school equipment, medical premises, shower rooms, locker rooms, electrical panel rooms, fireproof areas, cleaning equipment rooms, bathrooms (including for the disabled). On the 2nd floor (elev. 4,500) - a "large" hall with a foyer, artistic, storerooms, a teacher's room, a piano class, instrumental classes, a theoretical class, a control room, a recording studio, a room for cleaning equipment, fire-safe zones, bathrooms (including for disabled people). On the 3rd floor (elev. 8,400) - instrumental classes, orchestral and choir class, piano class, theory classes, library, storerooms, control room, electrical panel room, cleaning equipment room, fire safe areas, bathrooms (including for the disabled). At elev. 12,000, 12,170 - ventilation chambers, at el. 12,320, 12,600 - exits to the roof. Communication by floors - by two dispersed evacuation stairwells (type L1) and two elevators with a carrying capacity of 1x1000, 1x1600 kg. Finishing of facades Basement - facing with decorative concrete slabs. Steps of external stairs, porches - facing with paving slabs. Exterior walls - cladding with fiber cement boards as part of a ventilated facade. Windows, stained-glass windows - two-chamber double-glazed windows in an aluminum profile. Full interior decoration and technological equipment of the premises is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose and technological requirements.

Constructive decisions

The level of responsibility is normal. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of foundations, walls, columns and horizontal disks of floors and roofs. Bearing structures (underground and aboveground parts) monolithic reinforced concrete of B25 class concrete in the underground part and in the aboveground, class A500C, A240 reinforcement, except as specified. Foundations - a slab 600 mm thick, for concrete preparation I 100 mm thick from concrete of class B7,5; at the base - sands are fine, heterogeneous, dense with E = 36,0 MPa. Waterproofing glued (2 layers "Technoelast"). Internal walls 200 mm thick. External walls 200 mm thick. Monolithic reinforced concrete columns with a section of 400x400, 500x500 mm, the maximum cell size is 6,0x6,9 m. The ceiling is a slab 220 mm thick. Beams with a section of 300x520 (11) mm. Above-ground part Columns with a section of 400x400 mm. Internal walls 200 mm thick. External walls: load-bearing 200 mm thick, insulation, hinged ventilated facade system; stained glass structures on racks and beams (developed at the stage of detailed design). Ceilings: slabs 220 mm thick; in the axes "3-5 / D-B" at the level of 4,420, a slab 300 mm thick supported on the walls along the contour (working span 9,0 m). Beams with a section of 300x520 (11) mm. Coating: slab 220 mm thick; in the axes "3-7 / V-D" a slab 200 mm thick along beams with a section of 400x1000 (11) mm with a span of 12,9 m with a step of 3,0 m. Landings and stair flights are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is flat, unexploited, with an internal drain. The designs of the entrance groups were not presented and were not considered. Marks: 1st floor 0,000 = 146,05; bottom of foundations -4,900= 141,15; groundwater level 139,97. Design solutions are confirmed by calculations, including those for ensuring strength, stability, mechanical safety and resistance to emergency situations in accordance with the requirements and GOST R 54257-2010. The excavation (up to ~4,7 m deep) is carried out in natural slopes; in the pit area, a crushed stone dumping device is provided to ensure slope stability. The planned construction does not have a negative impact on the surrounding buildings and communications.
