Architectural and space-planning solutions

 The building of a multi-apartment residential building is detached, has an L-shaped shape in plan with dimensions in the axes of 32,35 x 40,10 m, consists of two sections. aboveground residential floors, the upper technical floor - an attic and a basement. The height of the main volume of the 10-story residential sections from ground level to the top of the parapet above the loggias is 9 m, the maximum height from ground level to the top of the parapet of the protruding stair-lift volumes is 10 m. For a relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken. The basement is designed to accommodate engineering equipment, laying engineering networks, the height of the basement premises is 2,50 m (from the floor to the bottom of the ceiling). Access to the basement premises is provided through two external flights of stairs located in the pits. Residential apartments are designed from the 1st to the 9th floor. The height of all residential floors is 2,70 m. On the ground floor, the following are designed: entrance groups of the premises of the residential part of the building, waste collection chambers, as well as electrical panel rooms, a storage room for cleaning equipment and a wheelchair room with separate external entrances. For vertical connection between the floors, each section has a L1-type stairwell with access to the ground level. Each residential section is provided with a passenger-and-freight elevator with a carrying capacity of 630 kg. Elevators are located in the volume of stairwells. Garbage collection chambers are fenced off with fire walls and ceilings, have independent exits to the outside, separated from the entrances to the residential part by a blank wall. Glazed loggias are provided in the apartments of the 1st floor partially and in all apartments from the 2nd to the 9th floors. Windows and balcony doors are designed metal-plastic with double-glazed windows. The upper technical floor (attic) is intended for laying engineering networks, the floor-to-ceiling height is 1,80 m. On the roof in the area of ​​the stair-lift units, superstructures are designed to accommodate the machine rooms of elevators, exits to the roof. Roofing - from rolled materials with a protective layer of gravel. The cover is flat, with an organized internal drain. Water intake funnels - with electric heating. A roof over the loggias of the 9th floor was designed with the organization of drainage to the main roof of the building, access from the attic to the roof space above the loggias of the 9th floor is provided. A metal fence was designed on the roof parapets to ensure a total height of 1,2 m. Internal partitions - prefabricated reinforced concrete with a thickness of 80mm, 100mm, sanitary cabins - volumetric reinforced concrete or from gypsum tongue-and-groove slabs; shafts for laying communications in non-apartment floor corridors - made of solid brick 120 mm thick. Interior decoration of premises - in accordance with their functional purpose. Plastering from the side of the premises of the external three-layer reinforced concrete panels is provided. The apartments are provided with a "clean" finish. Exterior finish of the facades: basement (from the level of the blind area to the level of the 1st floor) - basement three-layer reinforced concrete panels of OJSC "DSK-5", from the front side the panels are painted with waterproof paints after the building is fully installed; external walls of the above-ground floors - three-layer reinforced concrete panels of DSK-5 OJSC, from the front side the panels are painted with waterproof paints after the building is fully installed; roofing over the loggias of the 9th floor - metal tile on a metal frame with inserts of polycarbonate sheets from the front side. Metal fencing of loggias 1,2 m high and stained-glass structures of sliding single glazing of loggias are provided. Measures are envisaged to ensure the life of the disabled.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The building was designed according to the longitudinal - wall structural scheme of prefabricated reinforced concrete products manufactured by JSC "DSK-5" in series 606-4.11 (with longitudinal load-bearing walls and transverse diaphragms in the form of transverse walls). Internal walls - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels made of class B15 concrete with a thickness of 180 mm (bearing) and 160 mm (self-supporting) - in the above-ground part of the building; 200 mm thick - in the attic level and 250 mm thick (bearing) and 200 mm (self-supporting) - in the technical underground. The outer longitudinal and end walls of the above-ground floors are load-bearing and self-supporting three-layer reinforced concrete panels made of heavy reinforced concrete B22,5; F75 with a total thickness of 400 mm and 350 mm (at the attic level) with mineral wool insulation. The outer walls of the technical underground are prefabricated concrete blocks and basement three-layer reinforced concrete panels 400 mm thick. At the top of the blocks, a monolithic reinforced concrete belt 210 mm thick with horizontal waterproofing is provided. Floor and roof slabs - prefabricated reinforced concrete flat 160 mm thick, supported on two sides. Loggia slabs - prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed concrete slabs B25; F150. Elements of stairs, elevator shafts, ventilation blocks - from prefabricated reinforced concrete. The stability and spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of transverse and longitudinal walls with rigid horizontal floor disks. The interface of load-bearing panels and floor slabs is a platform joint on a cement mortar with the transfer of forces to the underlying floor through the floor slab. Fastening of all prefabricated structures to each other - by welding. The joints of the outer walls are closed. The relative elevation of 0,00 corresponds to the absolute elevation of 15.50 m. The foundations are taken on a pile foundation. Piles - driven, immersed by the indentation method, prefabricated reinforced concrete, section 35 x 35 cm, length 14 m with absolute marks of the pile tip minus 1.25 m, from concrete B25; W8; F100. The connection between piles and grillage is rigid. The design load on the pile is assumed to be 50 tf. Grillage - tape, from monolithic reinforced concrete B20; W6; F100 450 mm thick. Under the grillages, a concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided for crushed stone bedding. At the base of the piles there are light silty loams with gravel, pebbles with sandstone fragments, semi-solid EGE 9 (IL=0,09; E=135 kg/cm2). The allowable design load on the pile was adopted based on the results of static sounding. Before mass piling, the bearing capacity of the piles will be checked by static tests. The expected design settlement of the building is 2,1 cm. The design solutions provide for coating waterproofing of concrete surfaces in contact with the ground. In order to protect the premises of the technical underground from groundwater, drainage is provided near the foundation. A survey of the surrounding buildings has been completed.
