The designed residential complex consists of 6 residential buildings of the same type (buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 - 1st stage of construction) and a building of multi-storey open parking lots with a built-in and attached leisure center (buildings 7, 8, 9 - 2nd stage of construction ). Entrances to buildings 1, 5, 3 are designed from the side of the courtyard space, to buildings 4, 2, 6 - from the side of the street, to buildings 7, 8, 9 - from the side of the street and courtyard area. Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. The designed residential buildings are 25-storey, single-section, point type (with a technical underground and attic), of complex configuration with overall dimensions in the extreme axes of 28,8x31,8 m. The maximum height from ground level to the top of the ventilation chamber parapet is 78,14. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 4.80. In the technical basements at the -2,700 mark, the following were designed: a fire extinguishing pumping station, a water metering unit, an ITP, a cable, a utility pumping station, and engineering communications were laid. The height of the premises in cleanliness is 2,64 m. From the 2nd to the 24th floor (typical) residential apartments are designed in accordance with the apartment layout approved by the customer. Structural and space-planning solutions

The structural scheme of 25-storey one-section panel residential buildings (buildings 1-6) is a cross-wall system with load-bearing internal transverse and longitudinal walls and with hinged longitudinal external walls. The buildings are designed from products manufactured by CJSC DSK "BLOK". Basement structures - from monolithic reinforced concrete. Concrete B25, W6, F100, class A-III and A-I reinforcement. The outer walls of the basement are 380 and 480 mm thick, above the blind area - 200 mm thick with insulation and finished with Melikon-Polar concrete stone. The inner walls of the basement are 300 mm thick. Ceiling above the basement - slabs 200 mm thick. Non-bearing external walls - reinforced concrete hinged panels made of B15, F50 concrete 120 mm thick. Bearing external walls - reinforced concrete panels (concrete B22,5, F50) 160 mm thick / External walls - insulated with Rockwool slabs 150 mm thick and finished with the U-KON suspended facade system with porcelain stoneware slabs with an air gap device. Finishing of external walls in the area of ​​stairs - thin-walled plaster with coloring. The hinged ventilated facade system adopted in the project documentation must be developed in the working documentation and have the relevant valid technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. Internal walls - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels (concrete B30) 200 mm thick, from the 9th floor and above - 160 mm thick (concrete B22,5). Sealing of seams - cement-sand mortar M200. Loggias - with structural glazing, with fastening of load-bearing structures made of aluminum to floor slabs. Elevator shafts - prefabricated reinforced concrete volumetric blocks with a wall thickness of 120 mm. Ventilation blocks - prefabricated reinforced concrete three-dimensional blocks, with floor-by-floor support on floor slabs. Sanitary cabins - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels made of B25 concrete, 60 mm thick. Elements of stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms made of concrete B25, F50. The horizontal joint of the load-bearing panels of the internal walls is platform, with the transfer of forces to the underlying panel through the floor slabs. The panels are mounted using vertical fixation elements (pin fixators) with the wall panel of the next floor (the pins were not taken into account in the shift calculation). Horizontal mortar joint - 20 mm thick, cement-sand mortar M200. The horizontal joint of the single-layer hinged panel of the outer walls is platform, with partial support on the floor slab (overhang - 30 mm). Horizontal mortar joint - 20 mm thick, cement-sand mortar M200 and M100. The vertical joint of the load-bearing panels of the internal walls - keyed joints and horizontal steel ties with the joints sealed with fine-grained concrete B22,5 and B15. Vertical concrete joint - 100 and 20 mm thick. The dowels of the side faces of the panels are 55 mm deep. Vertical junction of non-load-bearing facade panels with panels of internal walls - with fastening of panels with horizontal steel ties that perceive the pull-off force. The fastening of all prefabricated structures to each other is carried out by welding the connecting elements (plates and rolling corners) to the embedded parts. Spatial rigidity and stability of building sections is ensured by the joint work of transverse and longitudinal walls in combination with floor disks. All prefabricated elements produced by CJSC DSK "BLOK" correspond to the loads of an individual residential building. Calculation of residential buildings was performed on the software package "Lira 9,6" by the method of equivalent replacements, taking into account: the pulsating component of the wind load; joint work of the above-ground part of the building and foundations. The maximum values ​​of mutual shifts between walls and ceilings in the platform joint are 0,7 mm. The maximum values ​​of mutual shifts between the walls of the perpendicular direction are 0,1 mm, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The level of responsibility of buildings is the second (normal). The service life of buildings is assumed to be at least 100 years. The structural scheme of the six-storey car parks is a frame one (buildings 7 and 9). The supporting structures of the car park are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Columns - with a section of 400 x 400 mm, with a maximum column spacing of 7,8 x 7,8 m. Concrete B20, F100, working reinforcement A-III. Ceilings - slabs 150 mm thick, with rigid support on 4 sides on beams. Concrete B25, F100, working reinforcement A-III. Ramps - slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete 100 mm thick (span - 3,32 m), on a support, with ribs 300 mm high. Plates - supported on steel beams from rolled I-beams 40Sh1 (S255 steel). Steel beams - supported on reinforced concrete floor beams of two types, on the one hand - with hinged support, on the other hand - with freely movable support. Floor beams - 500 x 600 (h) mm, along the facade axes - section 300 x 600 (h) mm. Concrete B25, F100, working reinforcement A-III. Flights of stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers. Stringers - based on reinforced concrete floor slabs and steel beams of intermediate platforms. Site beams - with fastening to the reinforced concrete columns of the building and steel racks from closed bent-welded profiles. The walls of the stairs are made of hollow brick M150 with a thickness of 120 mm. Spatial rigidity and stability of the temperature blocks of car parks is provided by frame junctions of columns and beams of hard disks of monolithic floors. Each of the car parks (building 7 and building 9) is divided in width into two temperature blocks with floors at different levels, with one-sided movable support of the ramp beams on the floor beams of different temperature blocks. Between the car park buildings (7 and 9), building 8 is designed and separated from the car parks by expansion joints. The structural scheme of the two-story building 8 is frame-wall. The frame is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The calculation of buildings 7, 8, 9 was performed using the Lira 9,6 software package by the method of equivalent replacements, taking into account the pulsating component of the wind load and the joint work of the above-ground part of the building and foundations. The level of responsibility of buildings is the second (normal). The service life of buildings is assumed to be at least 100 years. The mark of 0,000 is the floor mark of the first floor of residential buildings 1-6, corresponding to the absolute mark of 4.80, the floor mark of buildings 7-9 is 3.65.
