Architectural and space-planning solutions

A three-section residential building was designed without an upper technical floor (attic) with a monolithic frame and load-bearing brick walls. S-shaped in plan, the building is curved in plan due to the bend at an angle of 45o in the northern, southern and middle sections. The northern section is rectangular in plan. Dimensions of sections in axes: southern - 15,61x35,0 m, middle - 17,68x55,0 m, northern - 15,61x23,28 m. Height from the passage level to the top of the parapet - 54,6 m, maximum height (exits to the roof) - 55,3 m. The walls of the first floor are faced with agglomerate tiles, the overlying floors are faced with facing bricks. The plinth is lined with agglomerate tiles. The cover is flat, with internal drains. The roof is rolled. Entrances to the sections are designed from the eastern facade of the building. Entrances to the built-in premises of the first floor are from the eastern and western facades. Entrances to the built-in premises of the basement floor - from the western facade and at the ends of the building. Entrances to the engineering facilities are from the eastern facade. Staircases of the H1 type, two elevators with a carrying capacity of 535 kg and 1000 kg, and garbage chutes are designed in the staircase and elevator nodes of the southern and northern sections. In the middle section, two stairwells of the H1 type and an elevator hall in the middle part of the section with two elevators with a load capacity of 535 kg and one elevator for 1000 kg are designed. On the first floor of the sections, there are double vestibules, lobbies, concierge rooms with bathrooms, wheelchairs, pantries for cleaning equipment, garbage collection chambers. In the basement of the building, premises intended for leasing and engineering facilities are designed. On the ground floor there are premises intended for rent and entrance groups of the premises of the residential part of the building. Residential apartments are designed from the second to the seventeenth floor. Balconies and loggias are glazed. The fences of the lower five floors are front brick, the upper floors are opaque as part of the glazing. Part of the balconies - "French" - with lattice railings. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the living conditions of the MGN and the disabled. At 3,5-4,5 meters from the eastern end of the residential building, an unheated closed-type parking lot is designed - a nine-story building with a basement, rectangular in plan with a protruding oval volume of double-track semi-circular ramps. The maximum dimensions in the axes are 53,90x25,75 m., the height from the passage level to the top of the parapet is 30,0 m, the maximum height (ventilation chamber parapet above the volume of the ramps) is 33,3 m. External walls - monolithic reinforced concrete up to +3,000, above - hinged sandwich panels. The walls of the stairwell and the elevator shaft are monolithic reinforced concrete to the full height. Finishing of the walls of the first floor - cladding with agglomerate tiles, of the upper floors - sandwich panels with factory painting and partial cladding with metal facade cassettes in two colors. Window fillings - metal profiles with single glazing. The coating is flat, unexploited. Waterproofing - rolled with internal drains. In the basement there are rooms: storage of cars for 30 parking spaces, cleaning equipment, water metering unit, electrical panel room. On the ground floor: a car storage room for 24 parking spaces, a cleaning equipment room, a storage room for fluorescent lamps, a fire pump room, a security room with a dressing room and a bathroom, a built-in garbage collection chamber. On the top eight floors: car storage rooms for 30 cars on each floor, cleaning equipment. The building is designed with one staircase type L1 and one staircase type 3 with access to the roof. Entrance ramps are designed in the north-east end of the building. Ascent to the floors - with the help of floor-by-floor semi-circular ramps with passage through the floors. On the ground floor of the parking lot, there are places for disabled cars, an entrance-exit with an external ramp.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II. The residential building is designed according to a combined structural scheme and is divided into three sections by sedimentary seams. The basement and the first floor are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete according to the column-wall structural scheme. The upper floors are a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with stiffening cores in the places of elevator nodes and with external load-bearing walls and stiffening diaphragms made of bricks. Column pitch from 3,26 m to 6,7 m. Columns within the basement and from the first to the tenth floor - with a section of 700 x 500 mm; overlying floors - section 500 x 500 mm, class B30 concrete. External and internal reinforced concrete walls of the basement and first floor with a thickness of 200 ÷ 500 mm, concrete B30; W8; F75. Basement - with external insulation and facade decoration. Monolithic reinforced concrete walls of elevator shafts - 160 mm thick. Floor slabs and coatings - from monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 and 180 mm, concrete B30; F150. Beams with a section of 370 x 510 (H) mm are provided along the outer contour of the floors. The external load-bearing walls of the residential building are two-layer, made of ceramic stone RAUF 2,1 NF (M175, M150, F100, on mortar M150) 510 mm thick, with facing brick 120 mm thick. Reinforcement of walls is provided in accordance with the calculation. From the second floor, the inner walls of the stairwells are made of 380 mm thick RAUF 2,1 NF ceramic stone. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical load-bearing elements, united by monolithic reinforced concrete floor disks. The parking lot is designed in monolithic reinforced concrete according to the column-wall design scheme. Columns - section 400 x 400 mm and 400 x 600 mm, column spacing from 5,4 to 7,3 m. Internal and external walls - 200 ÷ 300 mm thick. Floor slabs - beamless 200 mm thick, capitals 200 mm thick from the bottom of the floor are provided above the columns. The ramp ceiling is designed according to beams with a section of 400 x 500 (H) mm. External non-bearing walls, starting from the second floor, are hinged, made of sandwich panels 200 mm thick. The material of the above-ground structures of the car park is B30 class concrete; F150, class A500C fittings. For walls in contact with the ground, the water resistance grade of concrete is W8. The spatial rigidity and stability of the car park is ensured by the joint work of walls and columns, united by monolithic reinforced concrete floor disks. The calculation of buildings was performed using the MicroFe 2011 software systems; SCAD 11.3. The horizontal displacement of the top is 1,3 - 3,1 cm, the acceleration of the vibrations of the building structures arising from the pulsation of the velocity pressure of the wind is 0,055 m/sec2, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The main load-bearing structures are designed to meet fire resistance requirements in accordance with STO 36554501-006-2006. The relative mark of 0,000 for a residential building corresponds to the absolute mark of 18.65; for parking - absolute mark 20.20. The foundations of the residential building and the parking lot are made of piles. Piles - driven prefabricated reinforced concrete, section 40 x 40 cm, length 15 m (for residential sections) and 16 m (for parking). The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. Grills - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, for residential sections - 800 mm thick, for parking lots - 900 mm thick. Under the grillages, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the EGE-6 layer lies at the base of the piles - silty hard sandy loam with characteristics E = 170 kg/cm2; IL = -0,07. The calculated pile load of 80 tf was adopted based on the results of pre-design tests of piles with a static load. The expected settlement of buildings is 14÷17 cm. Material of underground structures - concrete class B30; W8; F150, class A500C fittings. In a 20-meter zone of influence on the surrounding buildings, piles are driven by indentation. Waterproofing of basements of buildings from groundwater: drainage device; use of low permeability concrete. Three non-residential buildings (school, garage, laundry) are in the risk zone of new construction at a distance of 9÷21 m. Buildings - with load-bearing brick walls and reinforced concrete floors, built in 1957÷1975, with foundations on a natural foundation. Based on the technical survey, the buildings are classified as the first category of the technical condition of structures according to TSN 50-302-2004. Assessment of the geotechnical situation at the construction site and the impact of construction on the surrounding buildings. The additional settlement of the surrounding buildings will be less than 2 cm, which does not exceed the allowable values. For the entire period of work, the project documentation provides for monitoring the state of the existing building.
