Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project provides for the construction of 27 apartment buildings in the VIII residential area. Residential buildings of comfort category "B" were designed. Groups of residential buildings form closed spaces with common yard areas. Each residential building is based on repeating sections. The following sections have been developed: meridional, latitudinal, rotary and angular. From these sections, 26 different types of buildings are arranged. All residential buildings are designed with 4-5-6 floors with a technical underground and an attic. The maximum height of 6-storey building sections from ground level to the top of the eaves is about 18.4 m, from ground level to the roof ridge is about 22,5 m. The height of residential floors (from floor to floor) is 2,8 m. In residential buildings on all floors, 1-2-3-4-5 room apartments are designed with full interior decoration, starting from the 2nd floor, glazed balconies or loggias are provided (glazing metal-plastic structures with single glass). Planning solutions for the built-in premises were developed in accordance with the design assignments issued by the district adolescent center, the health department and the department of social protection of the population of the district. The built-in premises are provided with the necessary number of emergency exits. The floor mark of the built-in premises is 12 cm above the ground level, ramps with a platform in front of the entrance are designed at the entrances to provide access for disabled people using wheelchairs. Provides accessibility and provision of services in all built-in facilities for visitors with disabilities. In the 5-6 floor sections in the stair nodes, it is planned to install elevators with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg using an additional door at the level of the entrance to the building and with a walk-through cabin, which ensures the lifting of disabled people in wheelchairs from ground level to the level of the first floor and above. In the 4-storey sections in the stair nodes, the installation of vertical lifts for the disabled is provided, which ensures the lifting of the disabled in wheelchairs from the level of the entrance to the building to the level of the first floor. In all buildings on the ground floor there is a room for cleaning equipment with a sink. Each building provides for a technical underground with a height of 1,91 m with technical rooms located in it (heat metering units, a water metering unit, a cable room with an electrical panel room), exits from the technical underground to the outside are provided by stairs through pits. Technical rooms are located under the kitchens, bathrooms and corridors. In the technical underground of each house in the intersection walls, as well as exits to the roof, doorways are filled with type 2 fire doors. From each stairwell there are exits to the attic: in 4 and 5-storey sections - through a hatch 700x900mm, in 6-storey sections - through the door. For the built-in premises of the house, pos. 8, ventilation chambers are designed in the premises allocated in the attic space; access to the attic is provided through a technical corridor and fire doors. The ceiling of the technical rooms is made of Knauf-fireboard boards and Rockwool insulation 100 mm thick, which cuts off the room from the structure of the attic truss system. The doors of the ventilation chambers and the entrance doors to the attic area are fireproof, access to the staircase is provided through doors 1800 m high. 94672705-003-2009 with a frame made of coniferous timber with a section of 145X46mm, with mineral wool insulation that fills all the free space between the racks of the frame tightly without gaps. The spaces between the panels and the elements of the supporting reinforced concrete frame are densely filled with non-combustible mineral wool and closed from the outside with a sealant of the Viloterm brand or other brands with similar fire-technical characteristics. Walls with window openings with a total thickness of 302 mm: an external wall panel with a frame 145 x 46 mm with a total thickness of 182 mm; layer of insulation Rockwool Venti-butts (density - 90 kg / m3) - 50 mm; hinged facade system ''SIAL P-T-K-Km'' with an outer layer of porcelain stoneware, thicknesses 10 mm and 60 mm ventilated gap, hinged facade system is attached only to floor slabs. Type 2. Socle - finishing with plaster "under a fur coat" on a grid on a layer of insulation foam 70 mm thick. Internal load-bearing walls: monolithic reinforced concrete thickness. 160mm; Partitions in apartments: - tongue-and-groove silicate or gypsum-concrete blocks of thickness. 80mm, in places where additional sound insulation is installed - double tongue-and-groove partitions with an air gap of 40mm or an additional layer of gas silicate blocks of thickness. 80 mm.
