Design documentation for a ground-underground parking garage for the storage of passenger vehicles for 69 cars. Parking andhas overall dimensions in the axes of 43,95 m x 30,06 m. The height of the underground floor is 2,6 m to the enclosing structures. The architecture of the building is made in a modern style with the use of new building materials. The shape and dimensions of the garage-parking plan are dictated by the design features and the tightness of the building site. The underground part provides for 35 parking spaces, the ground part - 34. On the facades of the building, porcelain stoneware is used as an external finishing layer. The designed parking garage does not have a transport infrastructure and other technological features of which affect their safety; the possibility of hazardous natural processes, phenomena and man-made impacts on the territory where the construction and operation of the structure will be carried out is excluded; does not belong to hazardous production facilities; there is no fire and explosion hazard; does not have premises with a permanent stay of people.
