Architectural and space-planning solutions:

The building of a multi-storey closed-type car park is designed as a 9-storey one, with a height of 31,14 m from the ground level to the top of the parapet. The car park has 1 underground floor with a height of 3,0 m. The height of the 1st floor is 4,5 meters. The remaining floors are 3,0 meters high. In terms of plan, the building is designed as a rectangular shape with a ramp volume. In the basement floor of the building, rooms for an electrical panel room, ITP, a water metering unit, a parking lot and a ramp that have no connection with the overlying floors are designed. On the 1st floor, entrance groups, a passenger elevator serving the building from the 1st to the 9th floors, two stairwells up to the 9th floor with a fenced-off volume for entering the basement, a parking lot, a separate ramp leading to the 2nd floor, and staff quarters. From the 2nd to the 9th floor, car storage boxes and ramps for car entry / exit were designed. On the roof there are: a ventilation chamber, an elevator machine room and an exit to the roof from the staircase. The roof of the building being designed is flat, combined with the coating, with an internal drain. Filling of light apertures - single-chamber double-glazed windows. When finishing the interior of the building, fire, sanitary and technological requirements for these premises were taken into account. Moisture-resistant materials are used in rooms with high humidity. Escape routes are lined with materials that ensure fire safety. Additional waterproofing is provided in the sanitary facilities with the introduction of a waterproofing layer on the walls to a height of 300mm. The outer walls of the 1st floor are faced with facade ceramic granite tiles with a polished colored surface, the walls from the 2nd floor and up to the roof are made of silicate full-bodied white facing brick. Finishing of internal walls and partitions - whitewashing. Pentaphthalic enamels are used for painting metal elements. Floors in parking lots, ITPs, switchboards, etc. - concrete. The floors in the sanitary facilities are made of ceramic tiles, in the service rooms - linoleum. The project takes into account the needs of people with disabilities and people with limited mobility, including the placement of parking lots for personal vehicles near the entrance and exit, the arrangement of standard dimensions for doorways, and the installation of signs.

 Structural and space-planning solutions:

The designed nine-storey car park building is of a normal level of responsibility. The structural scheme of the building is a frame system of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the vertical load-bearing elements of the building with monolithic reinforced concrete floors, stiffening diaphragms, stiffening cores formed by the walls of the stairwells. The calculation of the building was made using the LIRA software package. Version 9.4, according to the SCAD program. Version 11.2. The outer walls of the first floor - non-bearing floor-by-floor cutting, based on the basement floor slabs, consist of facing silicate bricks of grade M 75, F 35 250 mm thick on mortar M 50 and aerated concrete blocks D 400, B 1, F 25 300 mm thick. External walls from the second to the ninth floor - non-bearing floor-by-floor cutting, based on floor slabs, consist of front silicate brick of grade M 75, F 35 250 mm thick on mortar M 50 and stained-glass windows. External walls - load-bearing, monolithic reinforced concrete 160 mm thick with facing silicate bricks of grade M 75, F 35 120 mm thick on mortar M 50. The material of monolithic walls is concrete of class B 25, W 4, F 100, reinforcement of class A 240, A 400. The connection of the layers in the outer walls is provided by stainless steel brackets, the walls are fixed to the supporting structures. Fixing of stained-glass windows is provided for a steel fachwerk made of steel C235 GOST 27772-88. The outer walls of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 300 mm. The material of the basement walls is concrete of class B 25, W 6, F 100, reinforcement of class A 240, A 400. Internal walls - monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 160, 200 mm. Stiffness diaphragms - monolithic reinforced concrete walls 160 mm thick. The material of monolithic walls is concrete of class B 25, W 4, F 100, reinforcement of class A 240, A 400. Partitions - brick 120, 250 mm thick, aerated concrete 100 mm thick. Ceilings and roofing - a monolithic reinforced concrete beam slab 220 mm thick along monolithic beams, with a section of 400x520 (h) mm, 480x520 (h) mm. The material of the monolithic slab and beams is concrete of class B 30, W 4, F 100, reinforcement of class A 240, A 400. The columns are monolithic reinforced concrete. The main step of the columns 6,11x7,0 m, 7,0x7,2 m, column section - 400x400 mm, 400x600 mm, 400x 800 mm. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and monolithic landings. The support of the flights of stairs is provided on the monolithic beams of the landings. The material of monolithic columns and stairs is concrete of class B 25, W 4, F 100, reinforcement of class A 240, A 400. The foundation structure is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 650 mm thick. At the base of the foundation slab there are sands of medium size, dense with characteristics e=0,52, E=430 kg/cm2 and fine, dense sands with characteristics e=0,53, E=400 kg/cm2. Estimated soil resistance at the base of the foundation slab - 4,8 kg / cm2, average pressure on the base - 1,6 kg / cm2. Under the foundation slab, concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm and crushed stone with a thickness of 250 mm are provided. The excavation is provided under the protection of sheet piling made of steel sheet piling Larsen L-IY, 9 m long. The expected draft of the building is 3,1 cm. The material of the foundation slab is concrete of class B 20, W 6, F 100, reinforcement of class A 240, A 400. The maximum level of groundwater is at a depth of 3,6-3,8 m from the surface of the earth. Groundwater is non-aggressive towards concrete of normal permeability. The project documentation provides for measures to protect the basement from groundwater: the use of low-permeability concrete, waterproofing of the walls and foundation slab.
