Architectural and space-planning solutions

The projected open-type multi-storey car park is a rectangular building with dimensions in the extreme axes of 54,2x36,9 m. The building is 5-storey, unheated, consists of 9 levels (half-storey), connected by ramps. The height of the floor is 3,0 m, the height of the car storage rooms from the floor to the bottom of the protruding structures and utilities is at least 2,2 m. 295 parking spaces are designed in the parking lot, of which 7 are for the disabled. The height of the building from ground level to the roof of the stairwell is 16,75 m. bathroom. To ensure communication between floors and evacuation, 9 staircases of the L1 type are provided, which have access directly to the street. To move cars between the levels of the parking lot, ramps with a standard slope are provided. Roof - profiled roofing sheets, drain - external. Exits to the roof are provided from the volumes of 4 staircases. The facades of the building are designed from wall profiled metal sheet along the frame with elements of mesh and lattice filling (metal mesh and grating with coloring). Facade walls of stairwells - painted concrete. Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with single-chamber double-glazed windows. Barriers are provided at the entrance to the car park. The basement of the building is painted concrete. Partitions - brick. In the area of ​​technical premises and security premises, partitions are insulated from the inside. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure access of MGN to the 1st level of the building: ramps, anti-slip coating on the paths of the disabled are provided. All MGN movement paths are equipped with systems that provide timely submission of information about the danger in extreme situations.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the structure is II (normal). The building is divided by a temperature-shrinkage seam into 2 blocks. The construction system of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete, the structural system of the building is a regular column, the structural scheme is a frame, full frame. The material of the supporting structures of the frame is monolithic reinforced concrete, class B25 concrete. The main pitch of the frame columns is 7,8x7,8 m and 7,8x5,2 m. Section of columns - 500x500 mm. Internal load-bearing walls - walls of stairwells (stiffness diaphragms) - monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. Frame beams - monolithic reinforced concrete as part of the floors along the columns and along the contour, with a section of 500x550 (h) mm. Monolithic floor beams form a system of cross frames. Overlappings - monolithic reinforced concrete beams 250 mm thick. The load-bearing structures of the coating are steel beams. The main beams are wide-shelf I-beams according to STO ASChM 20-93 from steel C255. At the same level with the main beams, roof girders are installed from channels according to GOST 8240-97 from steel C255, with a step of 2,0 m. The node for supporting the main beams on the columns and the purlins on the main beams is designed to be hinged. Directly on the upper chords of the main beams and girders, profiled flooring H75-750-0.9 is laid in accordance with GOST 24045-94. The invariability of the pavement disk is ensured by fixing the profiled flooring on the extreme spans in each wave. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of longitudinal and transverse monolithic frames, stiffening diaphragms, and floor hard disks. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marches and intermediate platforms. The required fire resistance of load-bearing reinforced concrete structures is provided by an increased protective layer of concrete up to the working reinforcement, metal structures of the stairs - by plastering over the grid. The spatial calculation of the frame of the building and the stage was carried out in the SCAD software package version 11.5 and "Foundation". The foundations are designed as piles. Piles - bored, with a lost shoe, with a trunk diameter of 450 mm, a length of 13,43 m and 25,43 m. Piles material - concrete class VZO, W6, F75. Permissible design load on the pile according to static sounding data - 55,0 t, 104,0 t. The maximum load on the pile according to the calculation of the frame is 101,0t. The project documentation provides for control tests of piles prior to mass production of the pile field. The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. Separate cluster grillages made of B20, W6, F75 class concrete are designed under the columns, the base thickness is 900 mm, 1050 mm and 450 mm. Ribbon grillages 900 mm thick made of B20, W6, F75 class concrete were designed under the walls of the staircases. Under the grillages, a concrete preparation 100 mm thick made of B7.5 class concrete is provided. The maximum expected settlement of a cluster grillage is 8,31 mm. Relative sediment difference - 0,0003. Floor slab - monolithic reinforced concrete 150 mm thick on a natural base. The floor slab material is B25, W4, F100 class concrete. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 5.25. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of piles 25,43 m long are EGE-12 soils (light silty blue loam with gravel, pebbles, hard), which has the following characteristics: pp = 2,14 t / m; 1]=0,27; E=240 kg/cm. The basis of the piles 13,43 m long are EGE-9 soils (light silty loam with gravel, semi-solid), which has the following characteristics: pn=2,l 1 t/m3; 11=0,22; E=130 kg/cm2. The maximum groundwater level should be expected during periods of heavy snowmelt at a depth of 1,0 m at absolute levels of +4. 00 - +3.70.
