The heated garage project is designed to store one unit of large-sized vehicles. The building is a one-story garage. The height of the floor (from the floor to the bottom of the protruding structures) is variable from 4,685 m to 5,0 m. The building is rectangular in plan with dimensions in the axes of 5,0 m x 8,0 m. axial spacing of columns of columns 2,0 m in one direction, 5,0 m in the other direction. All load-bearing structures of the garage building are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, class B25 concrete. The foundations of the garage are screw piles.
