Description of the load-bearing elements of the building: the outer walls are reinforced concrete blocks, 400 mm thick. The internal transverse walls are reinforced concrete blocks, the stairs are two-flight, from prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. The ceiling above the basement is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs supported by longitudinal external and internal load-bearing walls. Interfloor ceilings - made of prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs supported by longitudinal external and internal load-bearing walls. Attic floor - made of prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs supported by longitudinal walls. The roof is flat with a “soft” guided waterproofing coating and an organized internal drain. Roof covering - roofing material on an adhesive basis. Balconies, bay windows, cornices and other protruding facade elements: balconies are prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs cantilevered into the walls. - balconies - located from the 2nd to the 16th floors of the courtyard, main and end facades; loggias are located from the 3rd to the 16th floors of the courtyard facade.
