General plan
In accordance with the design assignment, design studies on the site in question provide for the construction of a production building on the site adjacent to the north-western side of the territory of JSC "Zavod ELECTROPULT". Features of the site location and functional use determined the architectural and spatial solution of the building of the production building and the zoning of its territory. The projected production building, with dimensions in terms of 450,0 by 138,0 meters and a built-up area of ​​40512,0 sq.m., is located simultaneously on two sites. On the site under lit. "F" between buildings No. 3 and No. 4 of OJSC "Zavod ELECTROPULT". On site No. 1, the production building occupies almost the entire building area and is limited on the north and northeast sides by the projected streets. A part of the projected building, in axes 14 "-30" is located on the enterprise territory between the existing production buildings No. 3 and No. 4. buildings, footpaths. The designed production building is provided with technological and fire entrances to each facade of the building.

 In accordance with the design assignment, the production building, with dimensions in terms of 450,0 by 138,0 meters and a built-up area of ​​40512,0 sq.m., is located along the northeastern border of the site with a 6-meter indent from the red building line. A part of the projected building, in axes 14"-30" is located on the territory of the enterprise between the existing production buildings No. 3 and No. 4. The projected building with its north-western facade faces the projected street. The remaining facades of the buildings are designed in the same style, which meets the corporate standards of the enterprise, and is oriented towards the internal factory territory. The building of the designed production building is one-storey, different in size: Part of the building in axes 1-13 and A-B has a parapet top mark of 25,0 meters, and part of the building in axes 14-75 and A-B has a parapet top mark of 17,600 meters. The building has a "B" category for fire and explosion hazard. Building II degree of fire resistance. Constructive fire hazard class - CO. Constructive decisions

The building of the production building is a one-story building with a plan size of 450 x 138 m. The building is serviced by overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 25,32, 80 and 200 tons. The frame of the building is formed by steel columns with a spacing of 6 m and steel roof trusses with spans of 24 and 36 m, hinged on the columns. Columns - from steel I-beams 45B1, steel S245. Cover trusses are designed from rectangular pipes. Covering - from the pro-thinned-out flooring. The rigidity of the pavement disc is provided by horizontal ties along the upper chords of the trusses. The rigidity of the building in the transverse direction is ensured by rigid pinching of the columns in the foundations, in the longitudinal direction by vertical ties along the columns in the middle of the block. All metal load-bearing elements of the frame, including: columns, structures of vertical braces of the frame, are covered with a fire retardant composition, which ensures the fire resistance of the load-bearing elements of these elements is not lower than R 90. External walls - hinged three-layer panels. Socle panels are three-layer reinforced concrete. In places where the newly erected building No. 6 (II degree of fire resistance) mates with buildings No. 3 and No. 4, IV degrees of fire resistance, (along axes 14 and 30) it is planned to perform fire walls of the 1st type (REI 150), taking into account the requirements of clause 7.16 SNiP 21-01-97 *, for the allocation of fire compartments. At the junction of the walls of buildings 3, 4, 6, at an angle, the fire wall protrudes horizontally at least 4 meters from the inner corner of the buildings. The foundations of the hull are made of piles with cluster arrangement of piles along the column. Piles - bored with a diameter of 350 mm, 18 m long. Monolithic reinforced concrete grillages 920 mm high. Concrete of piles and grillages B25 W8 P100 on sulfate-resistant cement. In axes 13-14 and A-I, as well as 41-43 and A-C, 4-storey inserts are provided for accommodating administrative and amenity premises working in the production building, as well as engineering equipment in accordance with clause 1.6 * SNiP 2.09.04-87*. At the same time, amenity premises located m / o K-G and 43-42 are provided as built-in amenity premises (according to 1.7 * SNiP 2.09.04-87 *). In accordance with par. 1.25* SNiP 2.09.04-87* inserts are separated from production facilities by type 1 fire partitions (EI 45) and type 3 floors (REI 45), made of aerated concrete blocks, 20 cm thick. floor inserts - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 4 mm thick on steel beams of a rolled profile. Concrete B22,5. In axes 14-15 and L-U, a 1-storey building is provided for accommodation of amenity premises working in the production building. In accordance with par. 1.25* SNiP 2.09.04-87* the building is separated from the industrial premises by fire partitions with a fire resistance rating of at least EI 90, made of aerated concrete blocks, 20 cm thick. and floors of the 3rd type (REI 45). The degree of fire resistance is taken not lower than II. Interfloor ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 80 mm thick on rolled steel beams. Concrete B22,5. In the axes T-BB and along the axis 14, a 3-storey extension is provided for the placement of amenity premises working in the production building. In accordance with par. 1.24* SNiP 2.09.04-87* the extension is separated from the production premises by fire partitions of the 1st type (EI 45), made of aerated concrete blocks, 20 cm thick. Concrete B22,5. The load-bearing frame of the building is provided taking into account snow, wind and crane loads. The floor slab of the production building is made of reinforced concrete, 200 mm thick, with double mesh reinforcement. The base of the floor is a compacted sand cushion 1 m thick. The load on the floor slab is 2 t/m2. The project provides for a gap between the grillage and the floor slab to prevent load transfer. Concrete floor slab B25 W6 F100. Foam insulation is provided along the contour of the building from the inside under the floor slab and from the outside under the blind area. For the installation of production and transport equipment of the production building, independent foundations are provided according to the working drawings of the foundations attached to the working drawings related to specific equipment. Foundations for working and transport equipment must comply with the requirements that ensure compliance with the norms of the technological process. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 9,00 in the BST. In accordance with the technical report on engineering and geological surveys of the GUL "Trest GRII" order 377-05 (1373), the tip of the piles of the hull is immersed in the layers: - EGE 5 gravelly dense sands with e = 0,5 and E = 440 kg/cm2; - EGE 8 silty lamellar sandy loam with E = 150 kg/cm and II = 0; - EGE 9 loam with plant residues, solid with E = 150 kg/cm and 1L = -0,13; -EGE 10 silty hard sandy loam with E = 220 kg/cm and II = -0,42. The maximum groundwater level is expected at a depth of 0,5 m.
