Block of treatment facilities

The building is one-two-storey and consists of three parts different in number of floors, height and design solutions, separated by expansion joints, but in the volume of a single fire compartment. Fire resistance of the building - II degree - according to SNiP 21-01-97. The class of constructive fire hazard of the building - C0 - according to SNiP 21-01-97. Functional fire hazard class of the building - F5.1 - according to SNiP 21-01-97. Building category for explosion and fire hazard "D" according to NPB 105-03. Building responsibility class – II. In axes 1-2 in a two-story part with dimensions of 12,0 × 18,0 m (in axes), the following rooms are designed: on the 1st floor 6,3 m high to the bottom of the floor beam - a mechanical cleaning shop of category D, equipped with a crane with a lifting capacity of 1 t and a ventilation chamber with an individual heat point of category D; on the 2nd floor with a height of 5,1 m to the bottom of the roof beam - a sludge dewatering workshop of category D, equipped with a crane with a lifting capacity of 1 t, an exhaust ventilation chamber and gas cleaning of category D. In axes 2-8 of a one-story part, having dimensions of 18,0 × 27,0 m (in axes), with a height of 7,8 m to the bottom of the roof beam, a membrane cleaning workshop of category D was designed, equipped with a crane with a lifting capacity of 5 tons.  In the two-story part in axes 9-11, having dimensions of 10,9 × 22,23 m (in axes) and the height of the floors to the bottom of the floor and roof slabs of 3,75 m and 4,28 m, respectively, the following rooms are designed: on the 1st on the floor - a laboratory for the control of wastewater of category B4, a pantry of reagents and utensils of category B3, a bathroom, a room for cleaning equipment, a warehouse for technological equipment of category D, a workshop of category D, an electrical switchboard of category D, a corridor and a staircase. on the 2nd floor - a men's dressing room for home clothes (sanitary characteristic 1c) combined with a men's wardrobe for staff (sanitary characteristic 1b), a men's dressing room for overalls (sanitary characteristic 1c), a bathroom, 2 pre-shower rooms for each of the dressing rooms and a shower room with a through passage. The same dressing rooms are provided for women. There are pantries for clean and dirty overalls of category B4, a dining room, an office, an operator room and a staff room. The outer walls of the main building - wall sandwich panels "Stroypanel" 150 mm thick. The outer walls of the extension - made of ceramic effective brick KORPu 1NF / 150 / 1,2 / 50 GOST 530-2007 with metal cassette cladding according to the "Ventfas" system LLC "PIK TM" "on a metal frame (step 600 × 600,900 × 600). Insulation Rockwool Venti BATTS - 100 mm. The internal walls are made of solid brick KORPO 1NF/150/2,0/50 GOST 530-2007 with a thickness of 250, 380 mm. Partitions - from fire-resistant Knauf-sheet, aquapanels (for wet rooms) on a metal frame 100 and 200 mm thick. The plinth and parapet of the antechamber are made of solid brick KORPO 1NF/250/2,0/50 GOST 530-2007. Roofing - flat (in axes 3÷8 - pitched) roll of 2 layers of TechnoNICOL waterproofing: the lower layer is Technoelast FIX, the upper layer is Uniflex EKP on Technoruf TechnoNIKOL heat-insulating boards. Water drainage - organized runoff through internal drains. A lightning-resistant metal mesh of Ø8 mm rods is laid on top of the roof with 6 × 40 mm strips down the facades. Floors - ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, linoleum, concrete with dust removal, raised floor. Filling window openings with metal-plastic blocks with single-chamber double-glazed windows. Doors - standard metal-plastic and fireproof. Gates - in the mechanical cleaning shop and the membrane cleaning shop - swing gates sized 4,0 × 4,0 m with wickets, manufactured by the Baltic Doors company. Interior decoration: ceiling and walls in workshops - painting with water-based moisture-resistant paints, facing with ceramic tiles. The ceiling in the annex premises is suspended. Exterior finish - Sandwich panels in colors according to the RAL 6019 and 1015 catalogs, facing brick walls with insulation according to the Ventfas system with metal cassettes (colors according to the RAL 6019 and 1015 catalogs), painting basement reinforced concrete. panels Finncolor MINERAL gamma (acrylic water-dispersion), color according to the NCS 4983 catalog and plinth cladding in axes 9-11 with wall stones SKTs 2L-11 of gray color manufactured by Melikonpolar. All external metal structures should be painted with "Polyton-UR"-1st layer and "Polyton-UR" (UV)-2nd layer enamels, with a total thickness of 200 µm over the Zinotan primer (100 µm thick).

Block complete transformer substation in a concrete shell type BKTPB "Baltika"

Typical solutions for a block packaged transformer substation in a concrete shell (2BKTPB) were developed for construction in the city for CS. Functional fire hazard class of the building - F5.1 - according to SNiP 21-01-97. Building category for explosion and fire hazard "B" according to NPB 105-03. Building responsibility class – II. For the relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the clean floor level of BKTPB "Baltika" was taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of +5,830. The BKTPB building consists of two three-dimensional modules. Each of the modules has underground and above-ground parts in the form of three-dimensional reinforced concrete shells. The underground part is a set of cable structures, separate for each TS module. The aboveground part is a set of TS modules installed on cable structures. The upper horizontal slab is the roof of the above-ground part, the lower one is the floor. To provide access to the cable structure of the BKTPB, hatches with a metal ladder and removable metal covers are provided. The composition of BKTPB includes a metal oil collector for each power transformer manufactured in the factory. The floor in the transformer room is made with a slope of 2% to the opening with the installed oil receiver. The building is made of monolithic reinforced concrete class. B30, W=6, F=100, partially buried (by 1020 mm), has dimensions in the axes 4,930 × 4,830 mm, height 2,460 mm from the level of the finished floor to the bottom of the floor slabs. The entrances to the BKTPB are located 1030 mm above ground level. Partitions - metal, 2 mm thick, with the application of fire-retardant paint "TERMA" for the protection of steel structures of the 4th group of fire-retardant efficiency. Gutter - unorganized diversion in two directions. Internal finishing is made in factory conditions: Walls. Dust removal of the walls should be done by priming, followed by application of alkali-resistant water-borne acrylic paint. Floors. Coat the floors with a primer followed by two coats of urethane-alkyd paint. External finishing is made in factory conditions: Walls. Painting Finncolor MINERAL gamma (acrylic water-dispersion) color according to NCS 4950 catalog Roofing. Waterproofing of the BKTPB roof is carried out partly at the factory (1st layer), partly at the delivery site (2nd layer), using a soft roof. Paint the roof with alkali-resistant acrylate-based latex paint with preliminary priming of the surface. Metal structures (gates, doors, gratings, etc.) are primed with an anti-corrosion primer, followed by the application of a universal alkyd enamel, which includes an active anti-corrosion pigment. Color according to the RAL-7040 catalog. Around the building, a blind area is made of fine-grained asphalt concrete grade M1 (GOST 9128-97 *) over a layer of crushed stone soaked with bitumen to full saturation, 1000 mm wide and sloped from the building.

Territory fencing

The design of the fence was developed in accordance with the requirements: SNiP 2.04.03-85 "Sewerage. External networks and structures". The fence is designed from lattice metal panels of individual manufacture along steel pipe pillars placed with a step of 4,65 m between steel pipe pillars lined with brick KORPO1NF / 150 / 2,0 / 50 GOST 530-2007 on mortar M100. The masonry is reinforced with meshes Ø5ВрI 50×50 and connected to steel poles by means of embedded elements made of reinforcement Ø10АIII. The plinth is designed from prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation beams according to series 1.015.1-1.95 and foundation blocks according to GOST 13579-78. The total height of the plinth is 500 mm, the lattice fence is 1600 mm, the brick pillars are 2000 mm. To enter the territory of vehicles, metal swing gates 4,5 m wide with a gate for the passage of people 1,15 m wide are provided. The blind area is made of fine-grained asphalt concrete 700 mm wide. Finishing: The fence plinth and brick pillars are plastered with cement-sand mortar and painted with acrylic water-dispersion paint Finncolor MINERAL gamma, color - 4950 according to the NCS catalog (beige). Paint metal structures with Polyton-UR enamels - 1st layer and Polyton-UR (UV) - 2nd layer, with a total thickness of 200 microns. on the ground "Zinotan" (thickness 100 microns). Color - according to the RAL catalog. The length of the fence is 426,18 m.
