General solutions
This project of the building of the booster water pumping station was developed in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents:

The building of the booster water pumping station is one-storey, partly with a technical basement: partly with a buried part (up to -3,250). The building - with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls made of effective brick 510 mm thick, without insulation. The building in terms of its shape resembles an elongated rectangle, i.e., the articulation of two rectangles with dimensions of 24,0 × 12,0 and 6,6 × 13,02 m in the axes. The dimensions of the underground part are 18,0 × 12,0 and 6,6 × 13,02 m. The building is of different heights with a floor height of 8,35 m and 4,35 m, clear to the bottom of the reinforced concrete floor slabs. The high part is separated from the low part by an expansion joint. Fire resistance of the building - I degree - according to SNiP 21-01-97

The building includes the following premises: the machine room of the pumping station at el. 0,000 (mounting site) and at el. -3,250 of category "D", electrical panel room of category "B4", switchboard automated process control system of category "D", a room for personnel with a vestibule, a bathroom and a cable floor of category "B2". The machine room is equipped with a crane with a lifting capacity of 5 tons with a metal service platform. External walls: made of effective ceramic brick KORPu 1NF/150/1,2/50 GOST 530-2007 with facing brick KOLPu 1NF/150/1,2/50 GOST 530-2007 with a total thickness of 510 mm manufactured by the Pobeda LSR plant. The internal walls are made of solid brick KORPO 1NF/250/2,0/50 GOST 530-2007 with a thickness of 250, 380 and 510 mm. Partitions - solid brick 120 mm thick. The plinth and parapet are made of solid brick KORPO 1NF/250/2,0/50 GOST 530-2007. Roofing - pitched roll of 2 layers: Petroflex "Standard" C80-5,0 (top layer) and Petroflex "Standard" P40-3,0 (lining layer). Insulation - heat-insulating plates "Rockwool" brand RUF BATTS B 40 mm thick and RUF BATTS N 60 mm thick. Water drainage - organized runoff through cornices and downpipes. A lightning-resistant metal mesh of Ø8 mm rods is laid on top of the roof with 6 × 40 mm strips down the facades. Floors - ceramic acid-resistant tiles, homogeneous linoleum, cement-sand mortar with dust removal. Filling window openings with single-chamber metal-plastic double-glazed windows. Doors - standard metal-plastic and fireproof. Gates - in the engine room - swing gates 3,6 × 3,6 m in size with a gate, manufactured by Hörmann; in electrical rooms - metal typical. Interior finishing: ceiling and walls - polyvinyl acetate painting, tiling of the bottom of the walls - in wet rooms, painting with water-resistant water-based paints of blue and blue. Exterior finish - masonry brick walls with beige and brown grouting. Plinth - cladding with wall stones SKTs 2L-15 produced by Melikonpolar in dark brown color. Window frames are white. Gates and doors are beige and brown. To enter the building at the gate, an asphalt concrete ramp is arranged on a reinforced concrete base. Entrances to the building shall be equipped with diamond-shaped or square-mesh steel foot-wiping grates framed with a standard galvanized angle and must be installed flush with the floor surface. Arrange an asphalt pavement 40 mm thick on a crushed stone base 1000 mm wide around the building.

The fence is designed from standard precast concrete panels painted with Serpo gray paints. Egoza ASKL-900 security fence on metal brackets is installed along the top of the fence. At the corners of the fence, not a multiple of the pitch of reinforced concrete sections, inserts of solid brick 380 mm thick are erected. followed by plastering with cement-sand mortar and painting with gray Serpo paints. Panels (sections) of the fence are mounted without finishing. The total height of the fence in its pure form is 2,5 m from ground level. For the entry of vehicles into the fenced area, the project provides for the installation of automobile double-leaf hinged metal gates with an electromechanical drive and a built-in gate. The width of the gate is 4,5 m, the height is 2,5 m. From the inside, the gate is equipped with stoppers. Egoza ASKL-900 security fencing on metal brackets is installed on the top of the gate. The total length of the designed fence with gates is 307,78 running meters.

Workplace lighting solutions
Illumination of workplaces in the building is made in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 23.05-95 "Artificial and natural lighting". Natural illumination of workplaces is provided by the size of light openings, artificial illumination - by the use of pendant lamps

Reducing industrial noise.
Sources of noise are technological and ventilation equipment. The noise level is within acceptable limits.

Requirements for a room for working with a PC.

1. Natural lighting is provided in the room with a PC. 2. Natural and artificial lighting complies with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation. 3. Window openings must be equipped with adjustable devices such as blinds, curtains, external visors, etc. 4. The area of ​​the PC user's workstation is 16.8 m2. There is no photocopier. 5. For interior decoration of the interior of the premises where the PC is located, diffusely reflective materials with a reflection coefficient for the ceiling - 0,7 - 0,8 should be used; for walls - 0,5 - 0,6; for the floor - 0,3 - 0,5. 6. Polymeric materials are used for interior decoration of premises with a PC in the presence of a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion. 7. The room with the PC is equipped with protective grounding (grounding) in accordance with the technical requirements for operation.

Requirements for the organization of the workplace of a PC user.
1. In the premises of the working staff there is one desktop with a PC.
2. There are no harmful production factors.
3. The video monitor screen should be at a distance of 600 - 700 mm from the user's eyes, but not closer than 500 mm, taking into account the size of alphanumeric characters and symbols.
4. The design of the desktop should provide optimal placement on the working surface of the equipment used, taking into account its quantity and design features, the nature of the work performed. At the same time, it is allowed to use work tables of various designs that meet modern ergonomic requirements. The desktop surface should have a reflection coefficient of 0,5 - 0,7.
5. The design of the working chair (chair) should ensure the maintenance of a rational working posture when working on a PC, allow changing the posture in order to reduce the static tension of the muscles of the neck-shoulder region and the back to prevent the development of fatigue. The type of work chair (armchair) should be chosen taking into account the height of the user, the nature and duration of work with a PC.
The working chair (armchair) must be up and swivel, adjustable in height and angle of inclination of the seat and back, as well as the distance of the back from the front edge of the seat, while the adjustment of each parameter must be independent, easy to carry out and have a secure fit.
6. The surface of the seat, back and other elements of the chair (chair) should be semi-soft, with a non-slip, slightly electrified and breathable coating that provides easy cleaning from dirt.

Enclosing building structures are designed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 23-02-2003 "Thermal protection of buildings". The reduced resistance to heat transfer of enclosing structures is taken not less than the normalized values ​​- in accordance with Table 4 of SNiP 23-02-2003. The calculated temperature difference between the temperature of the internal air and the temperature of the internal surface of the enclosing structures does not exceed the normalized values ​​- in accordance with Table 5 of SNiP 23-02-2003.  Household and sanitary services for workers
The operation of the pumping station is fully automated. Station staff - 1 person. x 3 shifts (security), if necessary, a repair team arrives. Hours of work - 8 hours per shift. For staff in the building there is a room with a bathroom equipped with a toilet bowl and a washbasin with hot and cold water.

Organization of medical care for employees
Medical examinations of workers will be carried out in the medical institutions themselves. On-site first aid is provided in the staff room, where there is a first-aid kit with medicines. Emergency medical care is provided by the nearest medical unit of the city of Krasnoe Selo.

Two evacuation exits from the buried part of the engine room of category "D" to the level of elev. 0,000 are provided for metal stairs with a width of 900 mm with a fire resistance rating of R60 - in accordance with paragraph 6.29 and table 4 of SNiP 21-01-97 *. All doors on the escape route are designed to open in the direction of exit from the building - in accordance with clause 6.17 of SNiP 21-01-97 *. The building, which includes a staff room, is separated from the production premises by a type 1 fire partition with a fire resistance rating of EI45 in accordance with clause 1.25* of SNiP 2,09,04-87* and with table 1 of SNiP 21-01-97* . Premises of category "D" are separated from the premises of category "B2" by fire ceilings (above the basement) of the second type with a fire resistance limit of REI60 - in accordance with clause 7.3 of SNiP31-03-2001 and table 1SNiP 21-01-97 *.
