When developing the reconstruction and overhaul project, the data of the design documentation for the building of the vocational school, issued by GIPROGEOSTROY Ukrainian branch of GIPROGEOSTROY, Poltava in 1976, were used.

Totals

The project of reconstruction and overhaul of the building of the former vocational school into an administrative building. The site where the reconstructed building is located (a former vocational school for 600 students) is located on the western outskirts of the district. On the site, in addition to the indicated building, there is a garage. On the northern side, wetlands free from buildings adjoin the site, on the east - low-rise residential buildings (garden plots), on the south and east - single residential buildings (hostel buildings). The relief of the site is flat, the territory is landscaped, paved, there are green spaces and lawns. The reconstructed object was built in the 70s of the XX century and is a complex building, consisting of three buildings of different heights, interconnected into a single complex. Building 1 is a two-story building, consisting of two blocks: a two-story one with a maximum plan size of 12,88 x 42.68 and floor heights of 3.450 and 3.0 m and a two-story single-story unit with dimensions of 24.44 x 24.88 and a height to the bottom of the floor slabs - 6.200 m. Building height 1 - 8.02 m (parapet mark - 7.400 m). Building 2 is a three-story building with plan dimensions of 17.32 x 67.34 m, with floor heights of 4.35, 4,50 and 3,00 m. Building 3 is a four-story building with plan dimensions of 16.28 x 30.73 m and floor heights of 3.0 m. The height of the parapets of buildings 2 and 3 - 14.0 m. The existing structural scheme of the buildings is an incomplete internal reinforced concrete frame with load-bearing outer walls made of bricks 640 mm thick with a span of 6,0 + 6,0 m for building 1, a span of 6,0 + 3,4 + 6,0 for buildings 2 and 3. Slabs floors - reinforced concrete, 220 mm thick. The floor slabs above the halls (gym and assembly hall) in building 1 are reinforced concrete ribbed, with a span of 12,0 m. The building has a basement and an upper technical floor located in the central part of buildings 2 and 3 along their entire length. The roof is rolled, the drain is external, unorganized. The building has three internal staircases (prefabricated reinforced concrete marches with landings) and two external metal evacuation staircases (building 1).

The main space-planning and technological solutions

The project for the reconstruction and overhaul of the building provides for the internal redevelopment of the building (with full preservation of the structural scheme) in order to organize an educational base, as well as comply with the requirements of modern sanitary and fire safety standards. The main entrance to the building is provided in building 1 from the western facade at the site of the existing entrance, while the one-story brick extension, made by the household method, is demolished and an entrance vestibule is made in place of the existing porch, taken out of the total volume of the building. The project also provides for the punching of two additional entrances (with the existing staircase in building 2 and with the projected staircase in building 3). The total number of people in the building - 270 people. The number of working days in a year is 365 days. Number of shifts per day - 3. Duration of duty - 8 hours. The mode of study in classrooms and gyms is from 8.00 to 17.00. The canteen is open from 07.00:19.00 to 11:1,5. Constructive decisions

The administrative building was built in 1980. The building is located near a reservoir and, due to the constant washing away by groundwater, the physical and mechanical characteristics of the soils of the base of the foundations have deteriorated and the basement has been flooded. The project provides recommendations for strengthening the foundation soils by grouting and waterproofing the basement. These works should be carried out by a specialized organization after the development of a project for the production of works. In the project, a staircase was reconstructed between axes 1-2, a new staircase was designed along the F axis between axes 19-20, under the bearing wall of which a monolithic reinforced concrete strip foundation was designed. Stringers of flights of stairs and beams for monolithic reinforced concrete transitional platforms - metal, steps - prefabricated reinforced concrete. In the existing brick wall along axis 7 between the axes M-P, an opening was made with reinforcement by metal structures. The existing dilapidated porches to the building were dismantled and new reinforced concrete porches with canopies over the entrances were designed. Visors are made of profiled sheet on metal beams. The calculation of steel structures was carried out in accordance with the instructions of SNiP II-23-81*. The calculation of monolithic reinforced concrete structures was performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.03.01-84*, SNiP 2.02.01-83 and TSN 50-302-2004. The production and acceptance of all work during the reconstruction and overhaul of the administrative building shall be carried out with the execution in the prescribed manner of acts of examination of hidden works in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.03.01-87. The working documentation of the KM brand for the reconstruction and overhaul of the administrative building was made on the basis of an agreement with the customer and in accordance with the architectural and construction drawings. Regulatory wind and snow loads are taken, respectively, 30 kgf/m2 (III region, amend. No. 2) according to SNiP 2.01.07-85). The calculated winter temperature of the outside air of the coldest five-day period was taken to be minus 260C in accordance with SNiP 23-01-99. The building is heated. Year of construction 1980 The structure belongs to the I class of responsibility of buildings and structures. When calculating structures, the reliability factor for the purpose γn= 1 is taken into account. The calculation of steel structures was carried out in accordance with the instructions of SNiP II-23-81*. Manufacture, acceptance and installation of structures shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP III-18-75 and SNiP 3.03.01-87. Factory connections are welded, assembly on bolts of normal accuracy of strength class 5.6 and assembly welding. Welding should be carried out with E42 electrodes in accordance with GOST 9467-75*. Anti-corrosion protection of steel structures should be painted in two layers with PF-115 enamel, GOST 6465-75, over a primer layer GF-021, GOST 25129-82. Protection of assembly welded and bolted joints should be carried out with three layers of the same enamel over the primer layer GF-021. Before applying protective coatings, the surfaces of structures must be cleaned to degree 3 in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.03.11-85 and GOST 9.402-80.
