Architectural and space-planning solutions

The existing booster pumping station (PSS) building, which is to be reconstructed, is typical for pumping stations of the early 80s and consists of two rectangular brick volumes with overall dimensions in the axes - 36,00 x 12,0 m. The main part of the volume occupies a machine room with dimensions of 0 x 20,56 m. The height to the bottom of the roof beams is 11,73 m; up to the roof slabs - 5,96-6,92 m. Production and utility rooms have a height up to the roof slabs - 7,37-4,20 m. to the design mark; replacement of obsolete equipment; arrangement of a doorway from the crane service platform for access to the roof; dismantling of the former premises of the ventilation chamber located in the engine room; reconstruction of the existing forced supply and exhaust ventilation with the installation of axial fans and air ducts along the perimeter of the pumping station; the arrangement of the locker room and storage room for cleaning equipment; arrangement of a reinforced concrete collection tray for laying cables; replacement of floor coverings in all rooms; ceiling finishing. In rooms 4,40-2, 4-7 - Armstrong type ceiling at a height of 10 m, in room 3,0 - "Giprok" with LDPE painting, in other rooms it is planned to paint all ceilings with LDPE paint.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The existing building of the booster pumping station is one-storey, with a spacing of roof beams of 6,0 m, a total height of 8,3 m, administrative and utility rooms - 5,58 m. The machine room is equipped with a beam crane Q = 2,0 tons. hall - frame, brick columns connected with the walls, administrative and amenity part - wall with longitudinal load-bearing walls. Level of responsibility II. External and internal walls with a thickness of 380 mm, partitions with a thickness of 120 mm made of red perforated brick M75 at the CPR; the technical condition of the walls is limited operable, the technical condition of the partitions is operable. Coating - slabs of series 1.465-7 in 0.3 on reinforced concrete beams of series 1.462-3 in.1.2 KZh-10 in the engine room; plates according to the series 1.141 class 2 v.1-11 in administrative and amenity premises; in the premises of the transformer substation and switchgear - multi-hollow slabs of series 1.243 class 2; operational condition. The technical condition of the slab in axes 1-2, B-C is limited operational, the project provides for the injection of a crack in the slab and monitoring its condition, if necessary, replacing it. Foundations - strip prefabricated on a natural base for sand preparation with a thickness of 80-100 mm, the width of the sole is 1,09-1,66 m, a monolithic distribution belt with a thickness of 130-220 mm and roll-bitumen waterproofing is made along the upper row of blocks; technical condition - workable. A high level of groundwater was noted, the maximum position is expected near the daylight surface. The conclusion on the results of the technical condition of the bearing and enclosing building structures of the above-ground part and the foundation with an excerpt of 2 pits of the pump room building is made. Technical condition category – II. Relative elev. 0.000 corresponds to 12,10. The working draft provides for the replacement of an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 2,0 tons and crane runways with a crane with a lifting capacity of 1,0 tons; repair of load-bearing walls, dismantling of the ventilation chamber room in the engine room, partial dismantling of foundations and installation of new foundations for equipment in the same place (equipment weight does not increase), installation of a shallow reinforced concrete tray, openings.
