Architectural and space-planning solutions

The existing booster pumping station (PNS), subject to reconstruction, is typical for pumping stations of the beginning 80s and consists of two brick rectangular in terms of volume, let's say the size in the axes is 36,00 x 12,0 0 m. .20,67 m; up to the coating slabs - 11,73-5,96 m. Industrial and amenity premises have a height up to the coating slabs - 6,92-7,37 m. The working draft provides for the following general construction works: partial dismantling of existing foundations for equipment, followed by grouting to the design mark; replacement of obsolete equipment; dismantling of the concrete staircase in the corridor and installation of a staircase to the crane service platform; installation of overhead sectional doors instead of swing doors, for which a crane service platform is dismantled in the engine room and a new one is arranged at the opposite wall; arrangement of a doorway from the crane service platform for access to the roof; dismantling of the former premises of the ventilation chamber located in the engine room; reconstruction of the existing forced supply and exhaust ventilation with the installation of axial fans and air ducts along the perimeter of the pumping station; the arrangement of the locker room and storage room for cleaning equipment; arrangement of a reinforced concrete collection tray for laying cables; replacement of floor coverings in all rooms; ceiling finishing. In rooms 2-4, 7-10 - Armstrong type ceiling at a height of 3,0 m, in room 6 - "Giprok" with LDPE painting, in other rooms it is planned to paint all ceilings with LDPE paint.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The existing booster pumping station building is one-story, with a spacing of roof beams of 6,0 m, with a total height 8,4 m, administrative and amenity premises - 5,68 m. The machine room is equipped with a beam crane Q = 3,0 t. longitudinal load-bearing walls. Level of responsibility - II. External and internal walls with a thickness of 380 mm, partitions with a thickness of 120 mm made of red perforated brick M75 at the CPR; technical condition - limited working capacity. Coating - slabs of series 1.465-7 in 0.3 for reinforced concrete. beams of series 1.462-3 v.1.2 KZh-10 in the engine room; plates according to the series 1.141 class. 2 v.1-11 in administrative and amenity premises. In the premises of the transformer substation and switchgear, the coating is multi-hollow slabs of series 1.243 class 2: Technical condition - operable. Foundations - strip prefabricated on a natural basis for sand preparation with a thickness of 80-100 mm, the width of the sole is 0,93-1,01 m, a monolithic distribution belt with a thickness of 100-130 mm is made along the upper row of blocks; technical condition - workable. The conclusion on the results of the technical condition of the bearing and enclosing building structures of the above-ground part and the foundation with an excerpt of 2 pits of the pump room building is made. Technical condition category – II. Relative elev. 0,000 corresponds to abs. elev. 12,40m. The working project provides for the replacement of an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 3,0 tons and crane runways with a crane with a lifting capacity of 1,0 tons, repair of load-bearing walls, replacement of partitions that are in a limited working condition, transfer of a crane maintenance platform, dismantling of a concrete staircase in the corridor, dismantling of a ventilation chamber in engine room, partial dismantling of foundations and construction of new foundations for equipment in the same place (equipment weight does not increase), arrangement of a shallow reinforced concrete chute, arrangement of openings.
