Architectural and space-planning solutions

The task of the preschool educational institution was completed on an individual project. The three-story preschool building is designed for 4 nursery and 7 preschool groups, with a total capacity of 200 children. The space-planning decisions of the building are dictated by the configuration of the site and the influence of high-rise surrounding buildings, the urban development situation, the need to address the issues of KEO and insolation of group cells and a medical unit, a swimming pool complex, a gym for physical education and a room for music classes, as well as working rooms for service personnel. On the ground floor of the building there are all nursery groups with independent exits to the street. Also on the ground floor there is a swimming pool construction complex, a food unit, a first-aid post with wards, a block of laundry rooms. On the second floor of the kindergarten there are senior groups aged 3 to 5 years, halls for physical education and music, administrative offices and a walking terrace. On the third floor there are group cells for senior and preparatory groups aged 5 to 7 years and walking terraces. All group cells and service blocks are directly interconnected by corridors, halls and stairwells. The building has an elevator for lifting fire departments, with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg, with air overpressure, providing access to each of the floors, including the basement. The building also provides for a small freight elevator with a carrying capacity of 100 kg for the possibility of supplying food from the catering unit to group cells.

Insolation and natural light.

The landing of the building is made taking into account the surrounding new development of the quarter. The natural illumination of doctors' offices located on the ground floors (the ratio of the area of light openings to the area of the floor) is 1:5 - 1:8, which corresponds to the current standards. The natural illumination of the premises located in the basement has no standards and is supplemented by artificial lighting.

Structural and space-planning solutions

For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the 1st floor of the building, corresponding to the mark of 9,520 according to the topographic survey, was taken. The foundations in the project are piled, with a section of 30x30 cm, the length of the pile is 6 m. Piles are accepted according to series 1.011.1-10 issue 1. Monolithic reinforced concrete tape grillages 600 mm high and 540 and 640 mm wide. Horizontal waterproofing is made of cement-sand mortar 1:2, 20 mm thick. Vertical waterproofing, basement floor waterproofing and horizontal waterproofing are carried out with hot mastic for 2 coats with a total thickness of 10 mm in accordance with the "Recommendations for the design of waterproofing of underground parts of buildings and structures". Basement walls are designed from prefabricated concrete blocks in accordance with GOST 13579-78. Blocks of basement walls are laid on a reinforced concrete grillage. The walls of the building 1, 2, 3 and the technical floors are made of brick, brick grade M100. External walls - load-bearing, 380 and 510 mm thick. The internal walls are load-bearing, 380 mm thick. Floor slabs are prefabricated reinforced concrete 220 mm thick according to series 1.141.1-KR-3 issue 3, 5, 16. The rigidity of the building is ensured by the installation of brick walls in the longitudinal and transverse directions with mandatory dressing in the corners, T-shaped, etc. The masonry of walls and piers of 1, 2, 3 and technical floors is made of red clay solid brick of plastic pressing of grades 100 and 125 on a hard cement mortar of grades 50 and 75 in accordance with GOST 530-2007. Reinforcement of individual piers and more detailed information on brickwork, see 1904-КЖ.2. In the horizontal direction, the rigidity of the building is provided by ceilings and roofing, interconnected by twists and anchors. The joints between the slabs are sealed with B15 concrete on fine aggregate. Stairs are designed from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps along metal stringers, platforms are monolithic reinforced concrete. Metal load-bearing elements of stairs are plastered with a layer thickness of at least 30 mm over a metal mesh. Lintels are prefabricated reinforced concrete according to the series 1.0381-1. The limits of fire resistance of the main building structures adopted in the project. Bearing elements of the building: tocolumns R120, withbearing tena R120, bbeams, crossbars, girders RE1 45, pslabs RE1 45, sstairwells shade R120, marches and platforms of stairs R60.
