Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed building of a preschool educational institution for 170 children is a separate building, rectangular with ledges in plan, with total dimensions in the extreme axes of 61,96 x 26,70 m. The building is 2-3-storey, with a basement. The maximum height of the building from ground level to the parapet of the three-story part is 13,00 m. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of +10,55, is taken. The basement floor with a height of 3,05 m from the floor to the bottom of the ceiling is designed to accommodate a group of laundry rooms, technical rooms, and utility lines. On the ground floor with a height of 3,90 m, the premises of the medical unit, the catering unit, the complex of pool premises, service and amenity premises, three group cells (two for toddlers for 15 people each and one younger for preschool children for 20 people) are designed. On the second floor with a height of 3,30 m, a complex of premises for physical education, a universal circle room, a room for training sessions, a speech therapist's office, an administrative and amenity room, three group cells for 20 people each (two medium cells for preschool children age and one younger for preschool children). On the third floor with a height of 3,30 m, a hall for music lessons is provided, three group cells for 20 people each (two older ones for preschool children and one preparatory one for preschool children). For vertical connection between the floors, 4 L1-type staircases are provided with access to the street, and an elevator unit with one passenger-and-freight elevator designed to transport fire departments and two lifts with a capacity of 100 kg. The covering is flat, combined, with an organized internal drain. Roofing - from rolled materials. Access to the roof is provided through superstructures from the stairwells. Partitions: from hollow bricks, in rooms with a wet regime and in the basement - from solid bricks. Filling of window openings - PVC window blocks with two-chamber double-glazed windows. Interior decoration of premises - in accordance with their functional purpose. Finishing of facades of the building - front brick of various colors. Measures are envisaged to ensure the living conditions of the MGN: ramps are provided at the entrances to the building; the width of the entrance doors and the dimensions of the vestibules have normalized dimensions; there is a special bathroom on the ground floor; an elevator was designed to provide the possibility of transporting people on stretchers and in wheelchairs.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Responsibility level – II, normal. The constructive scheme of the building is cross-walled with an irregular wall spacing. The outer walls of the basement are multi-layer, made of monolithic reinforced concrete 340 mm thick, insulation 100 mm thick and the outer layer of reinforced concrete 150 and 280 mm thick. The internal walls of the basement are monolithic, 200 mm thick. The ceiling above the basement is a monolithic reinforced concrete continuous slab 200 mm thick. The material of the supporting underground structures is monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete class B25, F100, W6, class AIII, AI reinforcement. Ceilings and roofing - from prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 220 mm and monolithic sections of class B20 concrete with a thickness of 100 mm on steel beams from rolled profiles. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers and monolithic platforms. External bearing walls - multilayer, 380 mm thick, made of hollow and solid brick M125, F25, a layer of effective insulation 120 ÷ 150 mm thick and a layer of facing brick M125, F25 120 and 250 mm thick. The connection of the layers of the outer walls is carried out by flexible connections with an anti-corrosion coating. Internal load-bearing walls - 380 mm thick from solid brick M125, F25. The elevator and load hoist shafts are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete class B20. The structure of the pool is a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl made of concrete B25, W6, based on monolithic reinforced concrete walls 200 mm thick. The thickness of the walls and the bottom of the pool is 200 mm. The project documentation provides for internal waterproofing of the pool bowl. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is provided by longitudinal and transverse brick walls connected by hard disks of reinforced concrete floors. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the LIRA 9.4 software package. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 10.55. The foundations are taken on a natural basis, in the form of a 450 mm thick slab of monolithic reinforced concrete B25, W6, F100. Under the foundations, concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm from concrete of class B7,5 is provided for crushed stone preparation with a thickness of 500 mm. In accordance with the technical report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the foundations is heavy silty brown belt loam (E=90 kg/cm2; = 16º; c=0,12; e=0,871). Expected draft - 6 cm. Fencing of the territory is provided in the form of steel lattice sections on metal racks supported by columnar foundations made of monolithic reinforced concrete on a natural base. The designed building is located in the existing building. Inspection of buildings (visual inspection and photographic fixation of defects) located in the 30-meter zone of influence of construction.
