Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project provides for the construction of a building for a preschool institution, in accordance with the Block Planning Project. The building is a 2-3-storey volume, rectangular configuration with dimensions in terms of 60,70 x 26,50 m (in the axes). The main facade of the building faces southwest. The division of the main facade by stairwells into four equal three-story volumes is designed, each of which has group cells. The pre-school institution is designed for 12 groups and is designed for 220 children. The main premises are oriented to the southwest. External non-bearing walls - brick with external insulation and ventilated air gap. Socle - monolithic reinforced concrete with insulation and facing with ceramic tiles. Facade finishing - cladding system of a ventilated facade of light ocher color, with highlighting of elements of decorative finishing of elements of canopies and openings in bright colors. The building is designed with a basement. The basement is provided with technical premises: heating center, cable, water metering unit, ventilation chambers, sanitary facilities for service personnel. The entrances to the basement are designed from the outside, separated from the above-ground floors. The building provides accommodation for 12 groups of children of different ages. On the ground floor, rooms are designed for two nursery group cells and two cells for young children, as well as a catering unit, a medical unit, a swimming pool with a bathtub with a depth of 0,6 - 0,8 m and dimensions 3 x 6 m with showers and changing rooms, office space for staff. There are three main exits connected by corridors from the first floor, two of which are equipped with ramps. Separate exits to the outside are designed from the catering unit and the medical unit. On the second floor, four group cells for older and middle-aged children, gymnastic and music halls, a room for local history, offices for the head and teachers were designed. On the third floor, the project provides for the placement of four group cells, one for children of senior preschool age and three cells for children of preparatory groups, as well as designed classrooms for study groups. Each group cell has been designed: a dressing room, a playroom, a bedroom and a toilet. The communication between the floors is designed by three L1-type stairwells and two unheated stairwells for emergency exits. The project provides for a passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg and a freight elevator with a carrying capacity of 100 kg for delivering dishes to the floors. Window filling elements - 2-chamber with double-glazed windows, in group rooms with folding transoms. Protective barriers are designed in glazed partitions and doors with glazing. The interior decoration of the premises and staircases is designed with certified materials in accordance with sanitary and hygienic and fire safety requirements. Measures are provided for accessibility to people with limited mobility. Thermal protection of enclosing structures and filling elements is designed taking into account the requirements of SNiP 23.02.-2003 "Thermal protection of buildings". The covering of the building - over the three-story part of the 2 layer of welded waterproofing material, the drain from the roof is provided for internal organized. An external drain was designed from the two-story part of the building. The design solution complies with the current regulatory requirements, and the height parameters of the building are within the permitted limits specified in the Rules for Land Use and Development.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The 2-3-storey preschool educational institution building was designed according to the frame structural scheme. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete section 40  40cm, maximum grid of columns - 6.0 x 7.0m. Ceilings and roofing - from monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 180 mm. Bearing walls (stiffness diaphragms) - monolithic reinforced concrete, 180 mm thick, for sections of external load-bearing walls - with external insulation 150 mm thick. The outer walls of the basement are three-layer, made of monolithic reinforced concrete and an inner layer of insulation, with a total thickness of 550 mm. Concrete of monolithic structures of the above-ground part of the building B25, class AIII reinforcement. Concrete of monolithic structures of the underground part of the building B25, W6, F150, class AIII reinforcement. External walls - non-bearing, with floor-by-floor support on floor slabs, made of solid brick M125 on mortar M75 250 mm thick with an outer layer of insulation and cladding according to the ventilated facade system. The project provides for the fastening of non-load-bearing walls to the load-bearing structures of the building. The structure of the pool is a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl (wall and bottom thickness 200 mm) resting on monolithic beam walls and basement walls 200 mm thick made of monolithic reinforced concrete B30, W6. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The walls of the elevator shaft are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm. Building responsibility level – II. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the frame columns and walls (diaphragms) with unchanging horizontal disks of reinforced concrete floors and roofing. The calculation of load-bearing structures was performed using the SCAD 11.1 software package in the elastic stage. The required fire resistance of structures is confirmed by calculations. Relative elevation 0.00 corresponds to absolute elevation +5.10 m. The foundation was adopted on a natural basis, in the form of a spatial structure formed by a foundation slab, walls and a basement ceiling. Foundation slab made of monolithic reinforced concrete 400mm thick. Concrete B25, W6, F150 with class AIII reinforcement. Under the foundation slab, a partial excavation of alluvial soils is provided, and a pad of compacted gravel-sand mixture 400 mm thick is provided with pouring the top layer with cement mortar. In accordance with the conclusion on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the foundation is alluvial soil - dusty sand, with interlayers of sandy loam, medium density, moist, saturated with water, compacted EGE-1a (e = 0.650, Е = 140 kg/cm2) and alluvial soil - silty sandy loam with interlayers of silty sand saturated with water, plastic, compacted IGE-1b (е = 0.726, IL = 0.76, E = 90 kg/cm2). The project provides for pasting waterproofing of foundation surfaces in contact with the ground and foundation drainage. The expected settlement of the building does not exceed 5 cm.
