Facades. The facades are plastered, with two color schemes over the plaster layer. Façade color scheme is offered in RAL1033 (light yellow); but can be specified on the basis of instructions, since the building is located in the zone of protection of cultural heritage sites. Creped elements - squares - overhead, made of insulation on an adhesive composition, followed by plastering and painting. Profile rods (moldings) - simple form, three-stage, 150 wide, 30 mm high. overhead, polyurethane, on the adhesive composition for preparation for the finishing plaster layer. They are installed before applying the finishing plaster and painting, glued to the mesh. Adhesive composition and application technology as recommended by the manufacturer. Painted at the same time as overlays. Window and door external slopes - plastered on a grid on a heater. Paint with color 9010 (white). Window sills are white. Double-glazed windows are white. Roof. The roof is combined, of two types: attic combined and on reinforced concrete slabs with monolithic sections. The attic, which has a combined roof, is covered with roofing iron with a factory color (RAL 2005 color scheme). Seam roof, iron with factory coloring over the waterproofing layer; as a continuous crate along the girders, a SMP-12 mm glass-magnesite slab is used, which serves as additional thermal insulation and eliminates cold bridges on metal girders. The lower parts of the roof are organized into reinforced concrete slabs and a monolithic section. Insulation - Rocwool Roof Batts 250 mm, laid between the beams along the corrugated board and along the vapor barrier on monolithic and prefabricated sections. A slope to ensure drainage from lowered parts is organized by a frame that provides ventilated cavities. Ventilation is provided by the installation of ventilation hoods (wind vanes (on the crate, with an apron inserted under the waterproofing layer. The ventilation hood should be of the VILP 110/200 (Vilp-Vent) type, tinted, orange. To ensure fire-fighting requirements for a combined roof, the frame is lined from the inside with two sheets of GKLO with The access to the roof is carried out by external metal stairs, to the least high part of the building with an ascent to the roof sections with a small slope and an additional ladder, for ascent to higher areas already from the roof plane. 53254 P) with a fence, from strips on the edge and round steel. Placed on the southern facade - on the stairwells, on the northern - on the bay window. Fastening stairs - to brickwork on load-bearing anchors, to a section of aerated concrete wall - on fixing anchors, on roof - to monolithic sections or roof panels through the roofing through sealing cuffs. Run on Series 2003-1. The height of the fence is 2 mm from the roof plane, which meets the requirements of Annex D (mandatory) GOST 1.100.2-5. Drainage from the roof - external, the system of drainage ebbs, gutters is carried out as part of roofing works from component roofing materials; drainpipes - fiberglass. Rainwater runoff - to the asphalt pavement, then - to the lawns. Drainage of rainwater from pits - to the ring drainage. Ventilation ducts facing the roof are assembled in blocks. The blocks are insulated with mineral wool mats, sewn up with fiber cement panels over a metal frame, covered with roofing material. Ventilation equipment installed on the roof is painted in a color scheme corresponding to the color scheme of the roofing. Fittings for low-voltage networks and systems are attached through the crate to the purlins on clamps with sealing gaskets and sealing of the fastener. Filling window and door openings. Filling window openings - for rooms where there are children and medical facilities - metal-plastic double-glazed windows with micro-ventilation, custom-made. Space planning solution.

The space-planning solution for the building of the preschool educational institution was adopted by the architectural appearance and the fundamental planning structure of the reconstructed building, the features of the perception of a separate children's institution in the existing building. According to the spatial solution, the reconstruction of the building of a preschool educational institution is the development of the existing kindergarten building built in 1938. The existing building was built in the form of a rectangular two-story volume with an extension on the north side. The extension is made with a half-floor number of storeys, as a result of which the second level is a full-fledged extension floor, the third level is, in fact, an attic, and the first level, in terms of the ratio of the height of the room and the position of the windows relative to ground level, should be considered as a semi-basement. The northern end of the extension is a semicircular bay window. The architectural decoration of the facades of the main, rectangular volume, from the southern, eastern and western sides, is solved in the form of simple rods framing window openings on two floors and in pairs, as well as rectangular blades under the windows of the 2nd floor. The walls are completed with a profiled cornice. On the south side, there are remains of porches of separate exits from the group premises directly to the territory of the preschool educational institution. Exits - wooden glazed doors sealed with improvised materials, similar to verandas. The entrances to the stairwells had low porches with simple cantilevered canopies. Basements, which are available only under part of the building, after construction become a full-fledged basement floor, accommodating all the technical services and ancillary facilities necessary for the normal functioning of the preschool educational institution.
