When developing an architectural and planning solution for a kindergarten, its functional purpose, the nature of the surrounding buildings, and its location in the microdistrict group were taken into account. The projected kindergarten-nursery consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a group room for toddlers, a group room for children of primary preschool age, bedrooms, as well as rooms for food and medical blocks. The building has 7 entrances, one of which is designed for unloading products to the food block of the kindergarten. Two entrances are located directly from the group for toddlers and younger preschool children to outdoor playgrounds. On the second floor, group rooms for children of middle and older preschool age, bedrooms, office space, a gym and an art studio are designed. Internal side stairs as well as external metal stairs are used as escape routes. The fire resistance limit of the staircase elements is at least REI 90. The fire resistance limits of marches and platforms are R60. Interior decoration of the premises of the nursery school: floor - PVC linoleum, ceramic tiles; walls, partitions - textured plaster, oil paint, wallpaper, in damp rooms - ceramic tiles; ceilings - lime whitewash. Ceiling height "clear" not less than: clear ceiling height 3,300m on the 1st floor of the building, 3.300m on the 2nd floor of the building. The project was completed in accordance with the existing urban planning and fire safety design standards.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The projected kindergarten-nursery for 60 places includes: in terms of functional fire hazard to buildings of class F1.1; according to the degree of fire safety - I degree; according to the class of responsibility - I class. Climatic region of construction - IIB. The projected kindergarten-nursery is a two-story building with a cold attic and pitched roof. Structural scheme - a building with a full frame. Spatial rigidity and stability are ensured by the joint work of the building frame and two stiffening diaphragms (stairwells). The building is carried out in a single structural volume without cutting with expansion joints. The main load-bearing and enclosing structures are: The foundations and outer walls of the underground part of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete. The outer walls are made in the form of a layered structure: The outer verst of the walls is designed from the face one-and-a-half brick of the M100 brand in accordance with GOST 530-95 on a cement-sand mortar. Fastening of the outer layers of the walls to the inner layers is carried out using connecting products (according to the project). Repeated places in the places of turning of the brickwork should be performed with sawing the bricks in place. The inner verst is made of gas silicate blocks "YTONG" grade PP3/05. Overlappings, coverings - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 240 mm thick. Internal partitions 100 mm thick made of gypsum tongue-and-groove plates according to TU 5742-001-56798576-2004. Installation nodes according to SP 55-103-2004. Internal partitions with a thickness of 200 mm from expanded clay concrete blocks on the central substation. r-re M50. Internal partitions 120 mm thick made of solid red clay brick GOST 530-95 M100 on M75 size. Covering - roof truss, attic is cold. The ceiling above the second floor and basement are insulated. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is pitched with a coating of flexible tiles of the "Tegola" type. Drain - outdoor organized. Lintels - reinforced concrete series 1.038.1-2 v.1,2., metal. To perform calculations of structural elements of buildings, the Monomakh software package was used.
