The main characteristics of the designed building.
The main design solutions and materials for the bearing and enclosing structures of the kindergarten were adopted according to the KUB-2,5 series: The structural scheme of the building is frame. The foundation of the building is piled with monolithic reinforced concrete columnar and strip grillages. Enclosing structures - reinforced concrete wall and plinth panels. The columns are prefabricated reinforced concrete. Partitions - brick and frame made of GKL or GLV. The ceilings of the kindergarten building are prefabricated reinforced concrete. The roof is not attic flat. Drainage internal organized. Roofing - rolled non-combustible material with insulation. Finishing of facades - hinged ventilated facades with cladding with facade metal cassettes. The technical floor and technical underground are intended for placement of engineering equipment and laying of communications. From the premises of the technical underground, exits are provided that lead directly to the outside and do not communicate with the staircases of the main part of the building. The premises of the ITP and the switchboard, located in the technical underground, are located in the axes "4-6" - "Zh-I". Stairwells of type L1 have good natural light, with a glazing area of at least 1,2 m². on every floor. The windows are located in the outer walls of the stairwells and can be opened from the inside without a key or other special devices. Devices for opening windows are located no higher than 1,7 m from the level of the landing of the staircase, in accordance with clause 5.4.16 of SP 2.13130.2012.
