The project provides for the construction of a preschool educational institution building for 320 places of a general type with a day stay for children and a walking area. Provide 13 group cells in the building: early age (from 1 to 3 years) - 1 group (25 people), early age (from 1 to 3 years) - 1 group (20 people), younger age (from 3 to 4 years) -2 groups (25 people), middle age (from 4 to 5 years) - 3 groups (25 people), older (from 5 to 6 years) - 3 groups (25 people), preparatory group ( from 6 to 7 years old) - 3 groups (25 people). Total 320 people. The maximum height of the building from 0,000 to the top of the building envelope: +12,070m (top of the parapet walls of the main building contour) +12,730m (top of the metal fence of the main building contour). In plan, the building is designed with a complex configuration, with dimensions in the axes: "1-17" - 55,90 m / "A-L" - 29,40 m. Floor height: 1st floor - 3,90 m (3,60 m in the clear ); 3,50 m (3,30 clean) in axes 5-13/I-L; 2 floors - 3,60m (3,30m clear); 3,20 m (3,00 clean) in axes 4-14/B-C; 3 floors - 3,52m (3,30m clear); underground part - 3,00 m; 2,16 m clear 1,79 m (space for laying utilities).
