Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project documentation on the site provides for the construction of a building of a preschool educational institution (DOE) for 210 places. A one-two-three-story building with a basement and an upper technical floor was designed. The building has a complex shape in plan with maximum dimensions in the axes of 78,20 X 26,75 m. 1 m, 3 m, 3,30 m. The height of the main three-story volume of the building from the planning mark of the ground to the top of the parapet is 1 m, the maximum height of the protruding volume of the upper technical floor from the planning mark to the top of the parapet is 3 m. For a relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the finished floor of the 1st floor of the building was taken. As part of a preschool educational institution for 210 places, 11 group cells were designed (2 nursery groups of 15 children in each group and 9 preschool groups of 20 children in each group). Group cells consist of a dressing room, toilet, group, pantry and bedroom. Group cells are designed on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors, each cell is impassable, conveniently connected to all other necessary premises and has two emergency exits. For lifting from the 1st floor to the 2nd and 3rd floors, three staircases of the L1 type were designed. There are seven exits from the basement through the pits to the outside. To ensure vertical communication between the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors, a passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg and a freight elevator with a carrying capacity of 100 kg from the 1st to the 2nd and 3rd floors are provided. In the basement, technical rooms for engineering support of the building are designed. On the 1st floor there are 2 group nursery cells, 1 group preschool cell, a security room, wheelchairs, a reception room for disabled parents by the administration, a room for circle classes with a pantry, a block of medical rooms with a separate external exit, pool rooms with a bathtub 3 x 7 m, catering premises with a separate entrance, premises for a small furniture repair workshop with a separate entrance, laundry and ironing rooms, and a server room. On the 2nd floor there are 4 group preschool cells, a hall for physical education with a pantry of inventory, a hall for music classes with a pantry of inventory, administration premises. On the 3rd floor there are 4 group preschool cells, study rooms with storerooms, administration premises. A staff room with a shower room is provided on the 3rd floor, sanitary facilities for staff and pantries for cleaning equipment are provided on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. On the upper technical floor there are ventilation chambers and an elevator machine room. Finishing of the premises is provided, allowing wet cleaning and disinfection of walls and floors in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. In the group rooms of the 1st floor and on the bypass paths of the pool, heated floors are provided. The railings of the stairs are metal, the height of the railings is 1,5 m, the handrails are at a height of 0,9 m, 0,5 m. The cover is flat, combined with an organized internal drain. The roof is rolled, in some areas a protective layer is provided. The height of the parapet or fence is at least 0,6 m. There are exits to the roof from the stairwells. Filling of window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Exterior finishing of facades: plinth - cladding with ceramic granite slabs, walls of above-ground floors - cladding of facing bricks in three colors. Measures are envisaged to ensure the life of the disabled and other low-mobility groups of the population. On the porch of the main entrance, ramps are provided for lifting parents with prams and parents with disabilities to the 1st floor. The rise of disabled parents to the 2nd and 3rd floors is not provided. On the 1st floor, a reception room for disabled parents was designed by the administration.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The building of the preschool educational institution was designed according to the wall structural scheme of monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B25, and divided by an expansion joint into 2 blocks. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the longitudinal and transverse walls with fixed disks of reinforced concrete floors and roofing. Bearing walls - 160 mm thick. The outer walls of the basement are three-layer; the inner load-bearing part of the reinforced concrete wall 250 mm thick, the insulation layer 220 mm thick and the outer part of the reinforced concrete wall 140 mm thick. The outer walls of the above-ground part are three-layer; monolithic reinforced concrete layer 160 mm thick, aerated concrete blocks 300 mm thick (D400) and hollow brick masonry M150, F100 250 mm thick with an outer facing layer. The project provides for fixing brickwork to the supporting structures of the building. Ceilings and roofing - slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick with thermal breaks along the perimeter of the outer walls and frost resistance grade F100. Concrete of monolithic structures of the above-ground part of the building B25, class AIII reinforcement. Concrete of monolithic structures of the underground part of the building B25, W6, F100, class AIII reinforcement. The pool is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl made of concrete B25, W6 (thickness of the walls and bottom of the bowl - 200 mm), based on monolithic reinforced concrete walls 200 mm thick. Internal stairs - from monolithic reinforced concrete platforms and prefabricated reinforced concrete marches supported by metal beams. The walls of the elevator shaft are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 160 mm. The calculation of load-bearing structures was performed using the SCAD 11.3 software package; calculation of sediment - on the software package Foundation 11.2, taking into account joint work with the foundation. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 16.50. The foundation of the preschool educational institution building was adopted on a natural basis in the form of a foundation slab made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 400 mm. Concrete B25, W6, F100. Under the foundation, concrete preparation is provided with a thickness of 100 mm. The base of the foundation is light silty loams, with interlayers of sand, refractory EGE 3 (e=0,585; IL=0,36; E=110 kg/cm2). The structures of the porches, ramps and entrances to the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete supported on the foundation slab of the building. The project provides for vertical and horizontal waterproofing of underground concrete structures in contact with the ground and foundation drainage. The expected settlement of the building does not exceed 2,4 cm. The project provides for the fencing of the territory in the form of steel lattice sections on metal racks supported by columnar foundations made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Impact on the surrounding development is not expected.
