Architectural solutions (briefly).

The school building consists of 2 existing buildings, interconnected by a passage. The first building includes the classrooms of a general education school, as well as administrative and auxiliary premises, and is a rectangular 3-storey volume with a basement, dimensions in the axes are 68,0x17,5m. The roof is combined, with an organized internal drain. The height of the above-ground floors (in structures) is 3,9 m. The height to the roof parapet is 13,6 m. In this building, according to the design assignment, it is planned to carry out a major overhaul, with the full preservation of its spatial, planning and functional organization. The second building includes a sports hall, an assembly hall, a catering unit and other educational and auxiliary facilities. The building is 2-storey, rectangular in plan, with a basement. The dimensions in the axes are 54,0x15,0m. The roof is combined, with an organized internal drain. The height of the first floor (in structures) - 3,3 m; height of the 2nd floor to the bottom of the floor slabs - 5,8m; basement height - 2,28m. Height to the parapet - 11,2 m. In this building, according to the design assignment, it is also planned to carry out a major overhaul, with the full preservation of its spatial, planning and functional organization. The existing passage between the buildings is one-story, with a basement. The dimensions in the axes are 16,64x3,75m. The roof of the transition is combined, insulated with mineral wool insulation, with an unorganized external drain. The crossing is in need of a major overhaul. Class of functional fire hazard of the building - F4.1. For a relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the level of the finished floor on the first floor of the existing buildings of the secondary school building was taken. Technical premises are located in the basement of the building. During the overhaul, the enclosing structures of the external walls of the existing buildings and the transition between them are designed from the conditions of energy saving (in accordance with SP 50.13330.2012) and insulated with mineral wool insulation of sufficient thickness to ensure and maintain the internal temperature in rooms equal to +21оС.
