The building of the state educational institution subject to overhaul is located inside the quarter in the territorial zone of multi-apartment residential buildings, outside the territory of the historically established central districts of St. Petersburg. The school building of the main building is 4-storey, with load-bearing longitudinal and transverse brick walls (pillars) and hinged expanded clay concrete panels in the form of pilasters between the windows. The building with a basement and an attic, built in 1968, is U-shaped in plan with two two-storey symmetrical side sections. Dimensions in plan - 69x45m. The project provides for a comprehensive overhaul of the school building in the existing dimensions, with the preservation of its purpose, with the elimination of physical and moral deterioration, with the maximum possible bringing the layout of the premises in line with current regulatory requirements. The functional purpose of the building is a secondary school. Estimated capacity is 440 students. The comprehensive overhaul project provides for: repair of premises with the dismantling of partitions and the installation of new brick, aerated concrete blocks and plasterboard sheets on a metal frame with filling voids with mineral wool slabs, depending on the purpose of the premises; replacement of all window filling elements with metal-plastic ones with double-glazed windows while maintaining the existing deglazing; replacement of all door filling elements with new ones - wooden, metal-plastic and metal, depending on the purpose of the premises; replacement of floor coverings with new coverings, depending on the purpose of the premises, taking into account sanitary and hygienic and fire safety requirements; installation of suspended ceilings; interior decoration of premises and staircases is provided by materials that have sanitary and hygienic and fire certificates.; repair of steps of stairwells with porcelain tile cladding; replacement of staircase railings; dismantling of existing and restoration of external porches and ramps from monolithic reinforced concrete; dismantling and re-arranging canopies above the entrances from profiled sheets on a metal frame; arrangement of additional openings with the installation of metal frames and lintels; the installation of a new roofing material of the type "Isoplast" with the organization of an external organized drain over the main building; insulation of the outer walls of the facade with mineral wool boards and the installation of a ventilated facade; repair of the basement with the replacement of the blind area; lining the basement of the building with porcelain stoneware slabs; The project provides for in the main 4-storey part of the building: in the basement - technical premises for the engineering support of the house: (heat point, water metering unit, and for laying engineering networks); on the above-ground floors - a lobby with changing rooms, premises for security, ancillary premises for general health care, a canteen with the necessary set of premises and a dining room, classrooms and classes, workshops, a teacher's room, director's offices, offices, a medical room with a treatment room, sanitary facilities for girls , boys and for staff and other premises necessary for the school; in the technical attic - ventilation chambers. In the right 2-storey wing there is a two-height sports hall with locker rooms, showers and a coach's room. In the left two-story wing, the following were designed: in the basement - premises for storing used lamps; on the ground floor - an assembly hall with a stage with the necessary set of premises for scenery, a sanitary unit and part of the utility rooms of the catering department; on the second floor of the administration room for ACH. Recreations are designed on each floor in the main four-story part of the building. Primary classes are located on the second floor. The evacuation and connection between the floors in the central part of the building is designed according to two existing staircases of the L-1 type that are not connected with the entrances to the basement floor.
