Architectural solutions.

Description and justification of the external and internal appearance of the capital construction object, its spatial, planning and functional organization.

The object of primary and secondary education is designed for 825 places (33 classes). The site of the school is located on the intra-quarter territory, bounded on both sides by intra-quarter passages, and on the southwestern and southeastern sides by the river. The object of primary and secondary education for 825 places was designed in accordance with the Design Assignment approved by the Customer, the Town Planning Plan of the land plot. The volumetric and spatial solution of the object of primary and secondary education is dictated by the town-planning situation and decided in conjunction with the general architectural and planning concept of the development of the microdistrict. The school building is located with an offset to the south-eastern border of the site, which is due to its size and configuration, the need to accommodate a physical culture and sports zone, the requirements for providing KEO and insolation for classrooms. Two entrances to the school site were designed from intra-block passages, a fire-fighting passage 6,0 m wide is provided at a distance of no more than 5,0 m from the walls of the school. The entrance of fire trucks and access of the fire escape to each window opening of the building is organized. The project developed a master plan of the territory with all the necessary functional areas provided for by building codes for educational institutions: • physical culture and sports area includes a football field, 4 running tracks of 100 meters each, volleyball and basketball courts, a single place for long jumps. The physical culture and sports zone is located on the opposite side of the windows of the main classrooms, oriented to the southeast. • the recreation area consists of areas for students to relax for each level of education; • the utility zone consists of a turnaround area to ensure the loading of the canteen and a platform for the installation of containers for garbage and food waste. The site for garbage collectors and the utility site are located on the side of the entrance to the production premises of the canteen at a distance of at least 25,0 m from the building of the educational institution, at a distance of more than 20,0 m from the residential buildings being designed, and are additionally fenced with green spaces. The main entrance to the building is oriented towards the bank of the Utka River. Directly in front of the entrance there is a special area for holding school-wide assemblies and social events. The improvement project also provides for a comprehensive landscaping of the territory, the creation of a common pedestrian system of paths, sidewalks and the installation of a tiled pavement for a fire passage (6 m) around the building, the placement of sports grounds in a volume sufficient to carry out the curriculum, as well as a football field (60,0 x 40,0 m), playgrounds for volleyball and basketball, playgrounds for recreation and playgrounds separately for junior and senior classes. The territory of the school is fenced with an individual welded fence made of metal standard profiles (h = 2,0 m) with gates and gates for entering and entering the school territory. In addition, a mesh fence is provided for sports grounds (for playing football, volleyball and basketball); H=4m. It also provides for the illumination of the school territory (street free-standing lamps, facade spotlights and lamps). Running tracks, volleyball and basketball courts are designed with artificial turf "Masterfiber", footpaths, recreation areas are arranged with stuffed turf. The football field has a grass surface (sports lawn). The device of a tiled concrete covering of sidewalks and driveways is provided. Landscaping of the territory provides for planting deciduous and coniferous trees; planting shrubs, both in groups and in private; arrangement of lawns and flower beds. The space-planning solution of the building was developed taking into account the orientation to the cardinal points, which ensures the normative insolation of classrooms and classrooms.

Justification of the adopted volumetric and architectural and artistic decisions, including in terms of compliance with the limiting parameters of the permitted construction of a capital construction object.

The object of primary and secondary education for 825 places is intended for teaching students of I, II and III levels of education (from the first to the eleventh grades) with the number of classes - 33 (4 parallels), the number of students - 825 people, of which 300 are primary school students. The number of students in the class is 25 people. The site for the construction of the school has a relief difference of 1,50 m, which affected the functional and compositional structure of the building. The entrance to the 3-storey educational block is carried out from the planning mark of the land directly to the entrance lobby (mark -1.050), the block is oriented to the southeast. The main entrances and exits to the school block (kitchen, gym, swimming pool are located at around 0.000) are also carried out from the planning mark of the land. The main premises that are part of the general school block: a canteen for 420 seats with a kitchen, two gyms (30,0x18,0 m and 24,0x18,0 m) with groups of associated premises, two swimming pools, small and large, with groups of associated premises, an assembly hall for 495 seats with a stage, a foyer and a group of rooms at the hall, a library, a medical center, administrative, service and technical premises. The volume-spatial composition of the school is built on dividing the total volume of the building into 3 parts of different functional purposes. The south-facing three-story academic block is designed to house elementary school classrooms, middle and high school classrooms, and laboratory rooms. In the general school (central block) the following premises are located: • on the 1st floor there are wardrobes, a group of dining rooms and a kitchen group, a group of medical rooms; • on the 2nd floor there is an assembly hall with rooms for artists and school administration; • on the 3rd floor there is a group of premises of the reference and information center and technical premises; Adjacent to the general school block from two sides: • on the 1st floor, a group of sports and recreation facilities: on the right - 2 sports halls with locker rooms and showers for students and on the left - 2 pools, also with locker rooms and showers. There are also workshops for processing metal and wood with a separate exit to the street. • on the 2nd floor, on the left side - two home economics rooms, a room for technical staff with a dressing room, a ventilation chamber, on the right side there is an OBZH room and a music and singing room, a ventilation chamber. The basement floor is designed to accommodate utilities: a water metering unit, a heating point, cable, ventilation chambers, a pumping and filtering pool, other technical rooms and engineering networks. General school premises (dressing rooms, dining room, sports block, assembly hall and library) are connected to the educational part through the lobby on the 1st floor and recreation (hall) on the 2nd - 3rd floors. The group of primary school premises (I stage of education - from grades 1 to 4) is functionally separated into a separate block located on the first three floors (in the lower left wing of the building) with a separate wardrobe, classrooms assigned to each class, rooms for extended day groups, sleeping rooms, rest room, labor room, modeling and toy technology, psychologist's office. The group of premises of the basic and high school (II and III stage of education - from grades 5 to 11) is located on the first three floors of the educational block (in the right wing of the building) and has a cabinet system of education. Technology study rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the educational block of the elementary and high schools. Laboratories in natural sciences are located on the 1-3 floors of the educational block of the basic and high schools. Club rooms are also located on the 2nd floor. Specialized classrooms (foreign language, computer science and computer technology) are located on the 3rd floor of the educational block, technical drawing and drawing - on the 1st floor of the educational block. On each floor of the educational block there are sanitary facilities for students and teachers, MGN, as well as rooms for personal hygiene. In all classrooms for ventilation, folding transoms with lever devices are provided. The entrance group of premises includes: a vestibule, in which a guard post is located; wardrobes allocated for each class with mesh partitions; 2 staircases, with a width of flights of stairs of 1,35 m and 1,5 m, an elevator for MGN, with a load capacity of 1000 kg. The elevator has a cabin depth of 2,10 m, an elevator hall width of 2,50 m and is intended for transporting MGN. The elevator hall is being equipped as a fireproof zone for MGN. The elevator can also be used to transport furniture and equipment, to lift fire departments. Through the lobby, students pass from the educational block to the dining room of the canteen, the medical center, to the locker rooms of gyms and swimming pools. Recreational facilities are located on each floor and are interconnected by corridors, and floor by floor - by stairwells that have access directly to the outside or to the lobby of the 1st floor. In total, 7 stairwells were designed in the building: 6 of them are the main ones (two are located in the educational block of primary classes, two in the educational block of the main school, two at the junction of the educational and general school sports and recreation blocks; one staircase is evacuation from the group of premises of the assembly hall and other public buildings). All recreation areas, corridors and stairwells have natural light.

Description and justification of the compositional techniques used in the design of facades and interiors of the capital construction object.

Structural scheme of the building. A building with a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, with the necessary reinforced concrete stiffening diaphragms, with non-load-bearing walls made of hollow building ceramic bricks (GOST 530-2007, y=1800 kg/m3, M150, F75, b=250 mm, reinforced with steel mesh) followed by decorative plaster facade on the mineral slab “Rockwool Facade Butts”. Also on two facades (in axes 1-42, 42-1) the finish with the HVF “ALFORT” hinged facade system is used. In this case, a two-layer insulation is used: mineral wool boards: “Rockwool Venty Butts” - 40 mm and “Ursa P-30” -100 mm. Spans of 12,0-18,0 m (above the assembly hall, swimming pool and sports halls) are covered with precast concrete beams and precast concrete ribbed slabs. In other places, a monolithic ceiling with a thickness of 220-200 mm is used. The constructive fire hazard class of the building is C0. The degree of fire resistance of the building is I. The plasticity of the facades is emphasized by the use of materials of external enclosing structures of various colors and textures: concrete stone with a chipped front surface, ceramic granite tiles of various colors, colored plasters, etc. The facade decoration of the building is carried out with decorative plaster painted in a light tone using fragments with a hinged facade made of matt porcelain stoneware in 3 colors. Windows and stained-glass windows - with white bindings: double-glazed windows in all heated rooms, in the basement rooms - single-chamber double-glazed windows. The educational block has maximum glazing, due to the need to provide standard illumination in classrooms. The windows are designed from a 3-chamber metal-plastic profile with a thickness of 70 mm, with improved thermal performance, with a ventilation valve, with mechanical opening of transoms and vents. The entrance group of the main entrance, stained-glass windows in the stairwells, as well as two sports halls are illuminated by aluminum stained-glass windows and skylights, 6,0 x 16,0 and 6,0 x 12 m in size, made of painted aluminum profile with single-chamber double-glazed windows and energy-saving coating. Windows with tilt-and-turn sashes with opening in two planes: in the window opening mode and in the transom opening mode (including those with the micro-ventilation function). Materials for outdoor decoration: • plinth - concrete wall stone with a chipped front surface 2L-4 (TU 5741-008-49975776-2010); • main façade in axes 1-42 and 42-1 – ventilated hinged façade with NVF “ALFORT” system with matt ceramic granite tiles and decorative plaster. The remaining facades are made with decorative plaster on a grid, followed by painting with facade paint. The ends of window and door openings, parapet coverings are made of galvanized roofing steel with a polymer coating. The handrails of the entrance porches are made of metal with subsequent painting.
