The building is divided by anti-seismic seams into 8 blocks and three fire compartments. Block sizes: block 1 in axes 4-6, N-W - 12,0x24,0m; block 2 in axes 2-4, C-T - 6,0x6,0m; block 3 in axes 1-6, K-R - 21,0x24,2 m; block 4 in axes 2-9, A-I - 30,2x19,0m; block 5 in axes 10-17, B / 1-E - 39,7x17,1m, block 6 in axes 6/2 - 7, L-K - 6,0x5,5 m; block 7 in axes 10-11, T-E / 1 - 5,5x6,0 m; block 8 in axes 16-17, B-V \ 1 - 3,7x3,7 m. The overall dimensions of the building in axes 1-17, A-Sh - 73,4x68,2 m. For the conditional mark of 0.000, the mark of the clean floor of the school was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 58,38. The handrails are located at a height of 0,9 m. In the railing of the stairs, the vertical elements have a clearance of 0,1 m. In all other staircases, the height of the railing is 1,2 m . In the basement of the school there are: a vegetable store, a wardrobe for male and female staff, pantries, technical rooms for wiring communications, a room for storing fluorescent lamps, a radio center, a server room, an archive room, a library closed storage fund, a pumping station, an ITP, an electrical panel room, rooms for electrical equipment, pantries for clean and dirty linen. On the ground floor of the school there are: a lobby, a dining room, a catering unit, a library, computer science rooms, a physics room with a laboratory room, technology rooms for girls and boys with utility rooms, computer science rooms, primary classes, primary and secondary school wardrobes, rooms for electrical equipment, bathrooms for male and female staff, bathrooms for primary and secondary school students, as well as rooms for cleaning equipment, a personal hygiene room for boys, a room for storing furniture and school supplies. On the second floor of the school there are: a gym with a size of 24,0x12,0 m, an instructor's room, a shell room, locker rooms, bathrooms and showers for children, chemistry rooms with laboratory assistants, an assembly hall with a dressing room and a dressing room, administrative premises (offices of deputy directors, a teacher's room), fireproof areas for MGN, classrooms for primary classes, a room for storing furniture and school supplies, bathrooms for women's staff, bathrooms for elementary school students, a personal hygiene room for girls, as well as rooms for cleaning equipment. On the third floor of the school there are: an office for fine arts, drawing and music; office of history, geography, life safety; a biology room with a laboratory room, Russian language and literature and mathematics rooms for elementary and secondary schools, foreign language rooms, a director’s office and an office of the deputy director for educational resources management, speech therapist and psychologist’s offices, fire-safe zones for MGN, a room for storing furniture and school supplies, bathrooms with personal hygiene rooms for male and female staff, bathrooms and personal hygiene rooms for the secondary school, as well as rooms for cleaning equipment. From the hall in axes 6-7, an exit to an open terrace is designed. Access to the attic of the school is carried out directly from the stairwells. Exits to the roof are provided through dormer windows in each block of the building. A fence has been designed on the pitched roof of the school. The interior decoration of the premises is provided in accordance with the regulatory documents and requirements for such premises, including fire safety of the building and sanitary hygiene requirements. Finishing work should be carried out using certified materials with a quality that meets the requirements of "high-quality finish". Samples of all finishing materials are agreed with the Customer. Architectural and planning solutions for the building of a preschool institution (kindergarten) were made in accordance with the design assignment and the requirements of SP 42.13330.2011 “Urban planning. The projected preschool institution is a 2-storey building with dimensions in the axes of 24,7x22,1 m with a basement floor 2,7 m high and an attic. The height of the first and second floors is 3,6 m. The height of the building is 12,3 m. The roof is pitched with an organized drain. Roofing - corrugated board. The set of premises corresponds to the program task and the design task and provides the entire necessary list of activities for preschool education. The architectural solutions of the facades of the building are made in a unified manner, without obvious accents on the indication of the main facade. The walls of the facades are finished with Ceresit decorative plaster with different color tinting and in the form of separate three-dimensional colored elements (an additional layer of insulation). The plinth is made of ceramic tiles to perform work on the exterior decoration of buildings. The main facade is accentuated by the presence of an external facade staircase, while the emergency exit, located on the opposite facade of the building, goes to the ground level. The building has two escape stairs. From the second floor, each group cell has a second emergency exit. To ensure the accessibility of persons with limited mobility, the main entrance to the building is equipped with a wall-type lifting platform. External doors of the technical premises of the basement floor are metal. Glazed doors are provided with protective grilles with a height of at least 1,2 m. Window openings provide natural lighting to premises with a constant presence of people, in accordance with existing standards. Premises with permanent residence of people, corridors and stairwells have natural light and are ventilated through transoms and vents. The design of the preschool institution was carried out taking into account the needs of 3 groups of 20 people and service personnel. The groups are placed by floor in the following order: 1st floor – one group; 2nd floor - two groups. To protect children from the sun and precipitation, two shady canopies have been designed on the territory. Shade canopy - dimensions in terms of 6,8x4,0 (in the axes). Height 4,8 m. Composition of the premises: - shade canopy - 20,95 m2; - room for storage of game equipment - 4,27 m2. External and internal walls are made of expanded clay concrete blocks, wall thickness is 120 mm. The foundations for the drains of the frame are columnar monolithic railways. b. The roof is pitched from corrugated board on wooden structures. Exterior wall decoration - decorative bark beetle plaster.
