Architectural solutions

The project of a comprehensive school for 350 students was completed on the basis of the design assignment, the technological assignment, as well as the current norms and rules. For a relative mark of 0.000, the mark of the finished floor of the 1st floor was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of the ground 41.1. The degree of fire resistance of the building - І. Constructive fire hazard class - CO. Functional fire hazard class - F 4.1. Degree of durability – II. Estimated outdoor air temperature - - 30С. Climatic subregion of Russia ІІ В. Normative value of wind pressure - 0.30 kPa (30 kgf/m2). Snow load - 320 kg / m2. The school building is a composition of different-sized 1 and 3-storey blocks, functionally linked to each other and mating at a right angle. This space-planning decision of the school building is due to the need for compact placement of the main volumes of the building, as well as the size and configuration of the allotted area. The school building is brick, 1 - 3 storey, with a technical underground and a cold attic with a pitched roof. The overall dimensions in terms of the entire facility are 79.8 x 78.6 m in axes. The projected school is designed for 350 students and is intended for teaching primary, secondary and high school students. Blocks of primary and secondary school are functionally interconnected and at the same time, the block of classrooms of primary school is not a checkpoint for secondary school students. The adopted design scheme with longitudinally located load-bearing walls and the main span in the axes of 7.2 m allows training rooms to be built in optimal length-to-width ratios. At the same time, the designed layout of the entire building allows, in accordance with paragraph. 7.17 Sun Pin 2.4.2. 2821-10 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the conditions and organization of education in educational institutions" to orient the main educational premises to the southeast side. The height of the floor in the school of the main educational premises is adopted in accordance with paragraph 4.28 Sun Pin 2.4.2. 2821-10 equal to 3.9 m, for the working premises of the catering unit and the locker room block at the gym, the floor height is 3.3 m. The premises of the primary school on the 1st floor have the following composition: Vestibule area with dressing rooms for teachers and schoolchildren; Training class for 3st grade students; Game room for extended day groups for first grade students; Separate sleeping quarters for first grade students attending an extended day group; Separate bathrooms/nodes for students and teachers. On the 1st floor, in addition to the premises of the elementary school, the placement of common premises for the entire school is provided: Dining hall of the canteen and auxiliary premises of the catering unit; Sports hall with changing rooms; Cabinets for medical care. In the main school on the 1st floor, the following premises are provided: Entrance area, which includes a vestibule, dressing rooms, security rooms, a control room; Cabinets of history, geography, life safety, drawing and drawing, cooking, cutting and sewing; Wood and metal processing workshops; Separate sanitary/node for students, sanitary/node for teachers, LGZh room, cleaning equipment room. On the 2nd floor of the elementary school block, 2 classrooms, 2 separate sleeping quarters for students attending an extended day group, and a teacher-speech therapist's office are designed. On the 2nd floor of the basic school, the following premises are provided: Administrative premises; Chemistry Laboratory; Cabinets of Russian language and literature, mathematics, computer science; Separate bathroom/node for students, bathroom/node for teachers, room for cleaning equipment, LHZh room. Of the premises intended for students of primary and secondary schools, there is an assembly hall for 210 seats with a stage, dressing rooms and storerooms for costumes and scenery. On the 3rd floor of the elementary school block, accommodation is provided: Game room for extended day groups of students in grades II - IV; Two classrooms; methodical office; Computer science and foreign language classrooms; Separate bathroom/node for students, bathroom/node for teachers. The following rooms are designed on the 3rd floor of the main school: Biology and foreign language classrooms, physics laboratory; Library premises; Methodical office with a teacher's room, an office of a teacher-psychologist; Separate san/nodes for students, san/node for teachers, LHZh room, cleaning equipment room. For schoolchildren from the MGN group, separate bathrooms / nodes are designed on each floor, ramps with a slope of 1:20 are designed at the porches of the entrance areas. Elevators are designed in the school building to enable vertical movement of MGN groups, these elevators are also used for the movement of fire departments. Elevator lobbies are fireproof zones. Under the school building, with the exception of the gym, a technical underground is provided for the placement of pipelines of engineering networks. All technical premises intended for the placement of engineering equipment (heating unit, ventilation chambers, cable, water metering unit, booster pumping station room) have independent exits directly to the outside. Exits to the attic are carried out through 2 fixed metal stairs through fire hatches, as well as through a staircase leading directly to the attic. Exits to the roof are carried out by metal stairs from the attic. In the external appearance of the entire building, modern compositional techniques were used, based on a combination of horizontally elongated volumes of educational buildings and vertically located volumes of staircase and elevator blocks, while for greater expressiveness of the facades of educational buildings, the first floor is highlighted in red front brick and a decorative cornice. The school building is designed with a pitched roof lined with metal tiles. The basement of the building, the vertical walls of the porches and ramps are faced with facade decorative tiles "Melikon-Palar" under granite. In the exterior decoration of the building, face bricks of various colors - cream and red colored in mass - from the brick association "LSR" were used. All entrances and exits from the school building are equipped with visors for protection from atmospheric precipitation. The bearing base for the porches is a reinforced reinforced concrete slab made of two layers of concrete and laid on a crushed stone preparation. Brick walls are erected on the reinforced concrete slab, on which the reinforced concrete slab of the porch platform is laid and steps are mounted. The top slab of the site is lined with large-sized paving slabs "Cloud 30x30x3", the side walls are finished with facing tiles "Melikon-Polar" under granite. The canopies above the porches are laid on metal racks made of a bent-welded closed profile 50x5. Racks and fences are painted with enamel for metal PF 115 according to GOST 6465-76 white. In the interior decoration of the premises, finishing materials were used that meet the requirements of sanitary and fire safety standards. For the decoration of the walls of the premises of the main purpose, the use of improved plaster, improved water-based and oil painting, ceramic tiling is provided; for ceilings - high-quality water-based paint; for floors - large-sized ceramic tiles, linoleum. When solving the interiors of the main school premises, apply paints of light beige, light blue, light green shades. The following materials have been laid down for finishing technical premises: simple plaster, water-based paint, concrete for floors. All school premises with permanent residence of people are provided with natural light (have standard illumination) through window openings. The filling of window openings is provided by metal-plastic windows with transoms. Metal elements and products must be painted with nitro enamels for 2 times. To ensure noise protection, the following measures have been taken: partitions between classrooms and classrooms are built from solid clay bricks of plastic pressing with a density of 2100, Izolon soundproofing material is used in the construction of interfloor ceilings. In the premises of ventilation chambers, ITP and water metering unit, floating floors are provided in accordance with clause 11.21.
