Constructive decisions.

Structural scheme of buildings (bearing frame): a frame that is designed in the structures of the KUB-1 system (structures of a unified prefabricated monolithic frame without crossbars). The frame of the system is designed according to the frame or frame-braced scheme. Spatial stability is ensured by the frame work of the frame, the system of connections (reinforced concrete - according to the series, metal according to the project). The frame is a prefabricated monolithic structure assembled from prefabricated products (floor panels and columns) with subsequent monolithic joints, which turns the floor into a hard disk in a horizontal plane. The transfer of horizontal forces to the columns, connections is provided by floor panels. The main frame assembly (connection of the above-column floor slab with the column) complies with the requirements of the current standards, paragraphs 6.8.8, 6.7.9 of SP 14.13330.2014*. Stair and elevator shafts are made with floor-by-floor cutting, which do not affect the rigidity of the frame. The constructive solution of the foundations is determined incl. according to the available executive documentation and the results of the survey (see. 4.3.1 Book 1). The foundation is piled (by bushes under the frame columns and tape under the outer walls of the basement) with monolithic reinforced concrete columnar and tape grillages. Piles - driven prefabricated reinforced concrete. pile-racks of grades C4-30, C5-30, C6-30 and C7-30 with a section of 300 × 300 mm in accordance with GOST 19804.1-79 *, racks 4, 5, 6, 7 m long (according to the project) are based on pebble soil with sand filler with a design resistance of 600 MPa. The average bearing capacity of piles is 40 tf (according to the project), the verification calculation of piles (Appendix 2.1 Book 1) showed the presence of a safety margin for bearing capacity, and the calculation for the combined action of vertical and horizontal forces and moment showed that the stability of the foundation is ensured at design loads. During the construction process, piles 4 m long were replaced by piles 5 m long. Building B2 (Workshop Block) - grillages are located above the basement floor (1,4x1,4 m in size, 1,6 m high) to absorb loads from cyclones located on 1st floor. Under each grillage there are 4 piles. Columns: prefabricated reinforced concrete section 400×400mm. The joints of the columns are carried out by bath welding (according to the series of the KUB-1-IZH3-1-04.000 system) and by embedding with fine-grained concrete of class B22,5 within the floor. Racks fachwerk (SF) reinforced concrete or metal. Fastening Sf is carried out - from the bottom to the floor slab through the connecting plates from 2 sides, the top - a connecting T-shaped element welded to the embedded product in the ceiling (a reinforcing bar enters the column). There is a 40 mm gap between the top of the rack and the ceiling. Stairs: from reinforced concrete prefabricated steps on metal stringers (channel No. 20), plastered on a grid. Enclosing structures of the stairwell - brick partitions 120 mm (masonry category II in terms of temporary resistance to axial tension along untied seams (180 kPa ≥ Rvr ≥ 120 kPa)). Internal walls: partitions in vestibules, rooms with high humidity (bathrooms) are made of ordinary clay brick M100 on mortar M50, 120 mm thick. In other rooms, belite-aluminate partitions with a thickness of 80 mm according to series 5701 I. There is a stained-glass window in some places. External walls: from suspended gas-ash-concrete panels 400 mm thick with a volumetric weight of 800 kg / m3 according to the R-3611 series. Wall panels are fastened using steel tables TK-1 and connecting plates resting on the ceilings according to node 11 code 5933-11-ASI2. Panels are attached to the half-timbered racks along the top with the help of connecting products. There is a gap of 30 mm between the half-timbered post and the wall panel. The device of an anti-seismic seam with a size of 90 mm is carried out according to node 9 of the code 5933-2-11-ASI2. In the place of the seam, a metal fachwerk in the form of a corner is provided, which is attached to the ceiling through the connecting products MC5. The front part of the main entrance of block 3a is brickwork made of ordinary clay brick M100 on mortar M50 with a thickness of 640 mm for the outer walls and 380 mm for the rest. Ceilings: intermediate floors and roofing are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete flat panels measuring 2,8 × 2,8 m, 160 mm thick. The width of the monolithic seams between the floor slabs is 200 mm. Building B2 (Block of workshops) - cyclones will be placed on the floor of the 1st floor.
