General information.

Loads are accepted in accordance with SP 20.13330.2011: snow load (for snow region IV) -1,8 kPa / standard value /, wind pressure (for wind region I) - 0,23 kPa / standard value / For snow region IV) -1,8 kPa / normative value /, wind pressure (for I wind region) - 0,23 kPa normative value /, design winter outdoor temperature -32 0. Warehouse building - one-story unheated two-span with bridge support cranes with a lifting capacity of 10.0t frame using steel frames of the type of bent-welded pipes. The supporting structure of the frame is a multi-span frame. Pairing of racks of frames with the base - rigid, crossbar with racks of a frame - hinged. The stability and geometric immutability of the building is ensured in the transverse direction by the frame structures, in the longitudinal direction - by a system of vertical ties and struts. Enclosing structures are: for walls - profiled sheets C21 GOST 24045-2010, for coating - profiled sheets H75 GOST 24045-2010. Construction material - steel grades C245, C255, C235. The material of the racks and crossbars is C345 steel. Materials for welded and bolted joints and their design resistances shall be taken in accordance with the requirements of tables D1 and GZ of the provisions of G SP 53-102-2004. For mounting connections, use bolts of accuracy class B according to GOST 7798-70 *, strength class 5.6. All bolts, nuts, washers must be zinc plated. Welds should be taken according to table 35 of SP 53-102-2004. Mounting seams should be performed according to GOST 5264-80* with electrodes of type E 42 GOST 9467-75*. The height of the leg of the seam is 6 mm, except for those specified in the drawings. The manufacture of structures shall be carried out in accordance with SP 53-101-99-1 "Manufacture and quality control of steel building structures", GOST 23118-99 "Building steel structures. General technical conditions", with no. 0-2 series 1.420.3-36.03. Installation and acceptance of metal structures shall be carried out in accordance with SP 70.13330.2012 "Bearing and enclosing structures", SNiP 12-04-2002 part 2 "Labor safety in construction". For the period of work, all steel structures must be secured against buckling. During installation, the main structures should be fixed only after careful alignment and straightening. Anticorrosive protection of all metal structures is carried out by painting polygon-UR polyurethane enamel (TU 2312-029-12288779-2002) of white color over polyurethane primer Zinotan (TU2312-017-12288779-2003). On the supporting structures - columns, trusses, ties and half-timbered racks, a fire-retardant layer Plumcor -2 (TU 2313-074-12288779-2008) is also applied. Painting is carried out in the following sequence - the primer Cinotan is applied in 2 layers on the cleaned surface of the metal structures, the fire-retardant intumescent composition Plumcor-2 is applied over the primer in 2 layers (only on load-bearing structures) and the last coating layer of Polygon-UR enamel is applied in 2 layers. The project is designed for work in summer conditions.
