Architectural and space-planning solutions.

The designed buildings of Warehouse No. 1 and Warehouse No. 2 are one-storey buildings with plan dimensions of 60,64 x 24,64 m (Warehouse No. 1) and 60,65 x 17,64 m (Warehouse No. 2). The height of warehouse No. 1 to the top of the parapet is 12,84 m, warehouse No. 2 is 12.3 m. The buildings are designed with mezzanines. Warehouses are provided for the acceptance, storage, storage and shipment of food products in sealed containers. In each building, the design documentation provides for the placement of: at el. 0.000 - warehouse premises, security post, engineering facilities and charging room; at el. +4.950 (mezzanine) - dressing room with shower room, office space and ventilation chamber. At elev. 0.000 and +4.950 bathrooms are designed. The roofs of the building are flat, rolled, with internal drains. Exterior finishing of buildings: walls - factory painted sandwich panels, plinth - painted reinforced concrete.

Structural and space-planning solutions.

Buildings - warehouse No. 1 and warehouse No. 2 of a normal level of responsibility (2nd stage of construction of a warehouse complex) are designed according to a frame structural scheme. Spatial rigidity and stability of buildings is ensured by the rigidity of the supporting nodes of the columns and the roof disk, vertical steel ties of the columns and horizontal ties of the roof. The calculation of buildings was performed using the SCAD software package, version 11.1. External walls - hinged, steel, three-layer "sandwich" panels with a thickness of 120 mm. The panels are fixed to the frame and fachwerk columns. Internal walls - load-bearing, self-supporting brick 250 mm thick, 380 mm thick, made of silicate brick M 150 GOST 379-95 on mortar M 100. Partitions - aerated concrete 200 mm thick from aerated concrete blocks D 600, B 3,5, F50, plasterboard 120 mm thick. The fastening of the partitions is provided for the metal fachwerk. Overlapping at elev. +4.800 in axes 9-11, A-D (warehouse No. 1) and at elev. +4.950 in axes 1-3, A-D (warehouse No. 2) - a monolithic reinforced concrete ribbed slab 140 mm high in a fixed formwork made of profiled steel sheet H 75-750-0,8 on steel beams. Ceilings above the premises and covering over the stairwells - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick supported on the walls of the stairwells and rooms. The material of monolithic structures is concrete of class B 20, reinforcement of class A 240, A 500C. Floor beams - steel from rolled profiles of I-section I 40 B2, I 40 Sh 2 from steel C 255 GOST 27772-88. Columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete of individual manufacture and steel from a rolled profile of an I-section. The main step of reinforced concrete columns (warehouse No. 1) - 6 x 24 m, (warehouse No. 2) - 6 x 17 m; steel columns (warehouse No. 1) - 6 x 9,05 m, (warehouse No. 2) - 6 x 11 m. The cross section of reinforced concrete columns is 400 x 400 mm, steel columns I 20 K 2. The material of reinforced concrete columns is concrete of class B 30, reinforcement of class A 500 C; steel columns - steel C 245 GOST 27772-88. The supporting structures of the coating are steel trusses with a span of 24 m (warehouse No. 1) and a span of 17 m (warehouse No. 2). Truss elements are designed from square pipes with a section of 140 x 6 mm, 120 x 5 mm, 100 x 4 mm. Truss material - steel C 245, C 345 GOST 27772-88. Coating - profiled steel sheet H 75-750-0,8 with fastening to the girders of rolled profiles. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marches and platforms made of concrete Class B 20, fittings class A 500C. The foundations were designed based on the results of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. Foundations - tape monolithic reinforced concrete, combined with a retaining wall, in the places where the columns of the frame are supported in the tapes, a columnar part and steps and monolithic reinforced concrete free-standing columnar ones on a sand cushion 1 m thick are provided. At the base of the sand cushion of coarse sand - dusty dense sands, water-saturated with characteristics e \u0d 0,55, E \u280d 2 kg / cm 0,70. Design soil resistance 2 kg / cm 0,60, average pressure on the base 2 kg / cm 100. Concrete preparation 1,6 mm thick is provided under the foundations. The expected settlement of buildings is XNUMX cm. Foundation material - concrete class B 20, W 6, F 150, reinforcement class A 240, A 500C. Floor slab at elev. 0,000 - monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm from concrete B 20, W 4, F 25, reinforcement A 240, A 500C. The maximum level of groundwater near the surface of the earth. Groundwater is slightly aggressive with respect to concrete of normal permeability. The project documentation provides for measures for the anticorrosion protection of underground structures: the use of low-permeability concrete, coating and pasting waterproofing. Buildings of security posts No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 are designed according to the frame structural scheme. External walls - hinged, steel, three-layer "sandwich" panels with a thickness of 120 mm. The panels are fixed to the frame columns. Columns - steel from square pipes. Coating beams - steel from rolled profiles, I-section. Covering - profiled steel sheet H 75-759-0,8 with fixing to the covering beams. Foundations - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick. Under the foundation slab, thermal insulation made of foam plastic 100 mm thick and a sand cushion 200 mm thick are provided. Foundation material - class B 20, W 6, F 150 concrete, class A 240 reinforcement. The material of steel structures is steel C245 GOST 27772-88. The relative elevation of 0 (warehouse No. 000 and No. 1) corresponds to the absolute elevation of + 2 m. According to the results of the survey, the category of the technical condition of existing buildings (garage, warehouse and administrative) in accordance with TSN 50-302-2004, Appendix "B" - the second (2) and the first (1). The impact of new construction on existing buildings is not expected.

Authorization
