The estimated cost of construction is determined by the base-index method. Local estimates were compiled in base prices of 2001 according to the collections TER-2001 and TERm-2001 "State Standard 1.1". The consolidated cost estimate for construction has been compiled at the current price level as of December 2011 and at the base price level of 2001. The cost of materials, products and structures is accepted according to the territorial collection of estimated prices in current prices as of December 2011 (recalculation to the base price level was carried out by indices for materials). Recalculation of the estimated cost from the base to the current price level in December 2011. executed according to the results of local estimates, taking into account the indices of change in the estimated cost: Construction and installation works - by type of work and costs; Overhead costs and estimated profit in local estimates are determined from the payroll by type of work in accordance with MDS 81-33.2004, MDS 81-25.2001. Information about operational changes made to the estimate documentation in the process of checking the estimated cost

Price lists and commercial offers of suppliers, agreed by the customer, in accordance with the requirements of MDS 81-35.2004 (clauses 4.25, 4.28). The coefficient for cramped working conditions was excluded (not confirmed by the project, PIC). Costs for disposing of excess soil and materials from dismantling at the KPO test site have been adjusted (the scope of work according to the technological regulations has been specified). The costs of conducting the state examination on the actual payment are taken into account. In accordance with paragraph 18 of the regulation "On the procedure for verifying the reliability of determining the estimated cost of capital construction projects, the construction of which is financed with the involvement of federal budget funds", approved by Government Decree No. 18.05.2009 dated May 427, 4.1 and paragraph 81. MDS35.2004-XNUMX, the estimate documentation is supplemented with statements of volumes of construction and installation works, drawn up in the prescribed manner with the signatures of the executors (developers and the GUI) and agreed by the Customer. The conversion indexes have not changed.
