Information about the functional purpose of the object, the composition and characteristics of production, the range of products (works, services)

The building of the youth leisure center (MCC) is an object of culture and art and is intended for recreation, leisure and entertainment of the population. The Youth Leisure Center is not an educational institution and is aimed primarily at young people from 18 to 25 years old. The functional structure of the IBC building includes the following main groups of premises: entertainment, leisure, administrative, service, entrance and service. The group of premises for mass work includes a conference hall. The auditorium with accompanying rooms form a spectacular group of rooms. Premises for the organization of youth leisure form groups of premises for artistic activity, scientific and technical creativity, tourism, local history and general humanitarian profile. The premises for artistic activities are designed to ensure the work of choreographic and literary-dramatic (theatrical) studios. The premises of scientific and technical creativity include a technical modeling laboratory, a computer class (Internet club). As part of the premises for tourism and local history activities, the headquarters of volunteers and a tourist club are provided. The administrative and economic group of premises includes: offices and rooms for administrative and economic personnel, warehouses and storerooms. A group of entrance and service premises is formed by: a vestibule with a wardrobe, bathrooms, storerooms. The building has a trapezoidal shape in plan with two risalits on the main facade. Between the risalits there is a porch of the main entrance to the building, which can be used as an open stage for cultural events. Above the main entrance to the building there is a light-transparent canopy. The core of the youth leisure center is a common hall space that combines a conference room on the 1st floor for 90 people. And a multi-purpose hall on the 2nd floor with a capacity of 180 people, which can host leisure evenings, film screenings, concert performances and meetings, and other social events. The entire composition of the youth leisure center is formed around these halls. The entrance group of premises includes: a vestibule, from which you can get directly to the conference room, wardrobes, administration rooms. Circle rooms are located on two sides of the main volume on both floors and are connected with the lobby and foyer by corridors (couloirs). The building is of variable height, 2-3 floors. On the ground floor, behind the conference hall, there are changing rooms with sanitary facilities for the choreography studio, sanitary facilities for staff and technical rooms. The auditorium is a multifunctional hall and is intended for musical, vocal, dance and literary and dramatic performances, performances and film demonstrations. There is a stage on the second floor behind the auditorium in the same volume with it. In the immediate vicinity of the stage there is a dressing room, a scenery warehouse and artistic latrines. Above the lobby of the first floor on the second floor there is a foyer of the auditorium, from which there are exits to two corridors - couloirs leading to circle rooms along both sides of the auditorium. . Sanitary facilities for visitors and rooms for cleaning equipment are located on the first and second floors of the building to the right of the conference hall and the auditorium. On the third floor there are technical premises serving the auditorium (sound and lighting equipment, film equipment, storeroom), as well as ventilation chambers. There are two evacuation staircases in the building - type L1, the volumes of which protrude on the north-eastern and south-western facades of the building, the third is open type 2, connecting 2 floors, overlooking the lobby. Employees of the center get to the 3rd floor by stairs located in the G-D axes and corridors. One staircase has access to the roof, located at three levels in height, which determines the complex shape and versatility of the completion of the youth leisure center. The lower level of the roof is the covering of the circle rooms at the level of +8,500, the middle one is the covering of the foyer of the auditorium at the level of +10,700, the upper one is the covering of the auditorium at the level of +12,300. In places where the heights of the roof drop, fire escapes of type P1 are installed in accordance with clause 8.7 SNiP 21-01-97* "Fire safety of buildings and structures". A clear zoning of premises by purpose and by floors has been worked out: classrooms - on each floor in the same axes, sanitary and hygienic premises - in one zone vertically. Cleaning equipment room is designed on each floor. To facilitate the flow of various group processes, the premises are designed for a one-time stay of small groups of 4 to 12 people involved. For the staff of the center there is a staff room (a rest room with a dining area), equipped with the necessary household appliances, furniture, wardrobe metal cabinets for storing home and work clothes, bathrooms, bidets are provided for women. The manager's office and the methodologist's office are equipped with office furniture, computers, a fax machine, a printer, and a copier. At the entrance to the building, a security post (watch) and a security and security room (room no. 1.5). The main premises of the IBC have natural light. Structurally, the object being designed is a XNUMX-storey public building made of monolithic reinforced concrete with self-supporting external walls on each floor. The foundations are piled, the floors are flat, capless with a contour beam system in the cinema hall area. The level of responsibility of the building is II, normal. The load-bearing elements of the building are designed as a reinforced concrete frame, consisting of columns sec. 400x400mm, beams section LxL = 400x600mm and floor slabs, thickness. 200 and 280 mm with conditionally rigid junctions of plates and columns. The horizontal rigidity and stability of the frame is ensured by the hard disks of the floors and the walls of the stairwells. The spacing of the columns is 4-6.5 m. The internal load-bearing walls of the building are monolithic reinforced concrete, 180 mm thick. External self-supporting walls - aerated concrete grade D500, supported by ceilings. Ceilings - monolithic, partially beamless, partially with beams, 200 mm thick, 280 mm thick, made of B30 concrete, based on load-bearing columns in a continuous pattern. The coating is monolithic, partly without beams, partly with beams, 200 mm thick, with aerated concrete parapet. The material of the supporting structures is monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete class B30, F50, W2 for above-ground structures and B25, F100, W6 for underground structures. Armature class A400 and A240. The design of the stairs is a monolithic shaft with monolithic flights of stairs and landings. Elevator shaft - monolithic reinforced concrete, thickness. 160mm. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the transverse and longitudinal load-bearing walls of the stairwells and the hard disks of the floor and roof. The floors are made according to a continuous scheme, the junction of floors and columns is conditionally rigid. Foundations - monolithic reinforced concrete slab thickness. 200 mm with grillage ribs on a pile foundation. Piles - driven, section 300x300 mm, length 12 m. Concrete B25, W6, F100. Ribs (grillage) - tape, from monolithic reinforced concrete with a section bxb = 600x600mm, concrete B25, W6, F100. Pairing of piles and grillage is rigid. The permissible load on the pile was taken on the basis of the calculation according to the characteristics of the soil and is 75 tons. The project provides for the following types of enclosing structures: -re 0,000 with a thickness of 150 mm, above: - from aerated concrete blocks (3 kg / m35) on glue with a thickness of 100 mm. with insulation with Rockwool "Facade Butts" slabs (Fig. 145 kg/m50) -0.900 mm.
