Justification of the adopted volumetric and architectural and artistic solutions

The fire station building II type - II degree of fire resistance, C0 class of constructive fire hazard, II class of responsibility, one-two-story, irregular shape in plan, size - 54.9 x 49.175m. A one-two-story garage building for 6 cars is interlocked with a two-story building with office space and a 4-story training tower. Frame type building. External walls are made of polyester-coated sandwich panels and partially made of brick (fireproof), insulated according to the system of ventilated facades with external cladding with polymer-coated metal profiled sheet. Socle - concrete or brick (plastic pressing) with external insulation and cladding with porcelain stoneware. The height of the administrative part and the garage is 7,6 m, the training tower is 18.0 m. Floor height - 3,3 m. Functional fire hazard class - F4.4. On the first floor of the fire station there is a garage with production and auxiliary premises (between axes A-C and 4-12) and service premises (between axes A-M and 1-3), separated by a type 1 fire wall with a fire resistance limit of REI 150. In the production part of the building there are: a parking lot for 5 cars, a maintenance post, a washing post, a car wash treatment plant, a sleeve section, a GDZS post, a room for washing and drying overalls, an office for the chief mechanic, a room for masters, workshops, an air filling station, storerooms , rest rooms for duty shifts and technical rooms. The administrative part houses: offices, a control room, a control room, a cross room, a multiservice telecommunication network (EMTS) room, a staff room, a thermal chamber, a classroom, a psychological unloading room, a meal room, a food warming room, sanitary facilities and technical rooms. On the second floor between the axes E-I and 9-12 there is a ventilation chamber for servicing the industrial premises of the garage; between axes A-M and 1-3 there are offices, dressing rooms, a gym, sanitary facilities and technical rooms. Between axes П-С and 9-11, it is planned to build a training tower combined with a tower for drying hoses. The tower is a four-story rectangular structure with axial dimensions of 4.2x7.6m and a height of 18.0m and is intended for practical exercises with fire department personnel in conditions close to the real situation when extinguishing fires. The working facade of the training tower with two rows of windows is sheathed with a wooden lath and, under the openings of the second floor, up to the planning mark, it is sheathed with galvanized sheet steel. The training strip at the base of the tower has a safety cushion that extends beyond the outer edge of the wall by 1.0m. In the building of the fire station, the premises for fire equipment have a height of 4.8m. Other production, service and auxiliary premises - 3.0 m.  The window openings of the premises are filled with metal-plastic window blocks filled with single-chamber double-glazed windows (made of glass with a selective coating - in the part of the building with service premises). Doors: external - metal, insulated; internal - wooden laminated (in office premises), metal (in industrial premises), fire-fighting certified (for filling openings in fire barriers); gates of the parking lot of fire equipment - lifting and sectional. The composition and area of the premises of fire stations are accepted in accordance with Appendix 4 NPB 101-95 for a type II fire station. The central entrance to the fire station is provided from the side of the main facade of the building. On the routes of movement of personnel on alarm to the premises of fire equipment, elevation differences and the installation of protruding parts of structures and equipment at a height of at least 2,2 m from the floor level are excluded. The width of the corridors on the routes of movement of the personnel on duty shift on alert is at least 1,4 m. Opening of internal doors from the premises with the location of the shift on duty is provided in the direction of movement to the fire equipment room. The communication point in the fire station is located to the right, and the maintenance post is to the left of the fire equipment room in the direction of the exit of cars. The depth of the fire equipment, maintenance and washing rooms for the type II fire station building is provided for 15.0 m. The washing and maintenance post is designed in separate boxes. The communication point is provided with natural light and is located adjacent to the fire equipment room. In the partition separating them, there is a window measuring 1,2x1,5 m at a distance of 0,6 m from the floor, which is equipped with a device for transferring vouchers. All premises are provided with standard evacuation exits, in accordance with the requirements of paragraph. 3 Article 89 Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 123 "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements". The building is provided with two evacuation stairwells of L1 type.

Description and justification of constructive solutions for buildings and structures

Structural solutions of the building are developed on the basis of the space-planning solution of the building that meets the technological requirements. The level of responsibility of the building in accordance with GOST 27751-88 - II - normal. The complexity category of the building is 2. The mark of the finished floor of the first floor is taken as a relative mark of 0,000, which corresponds to the absolute mark of + 10.150 m. (between axes A-M and 4-12). Between axes П-С and 1-3, it is planned to build a training tower combined with a tower for drying hoses. Between axes 9-11 the building is two-storey, between axes 1-3 it is one-storey without a basement. Floor height between axes 4-12 is 1 m. Garage height to the bottom of load-bearing roof structures is 3 m. The load-bearing frame is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The vertical load-bearing structures of the frame are columns and stiffening diaphragms. The structural system of the frame is frame-wall. The connection of the frame columns with the foundations and beams of floors and roofs is rigid. The strength, stability and spatial rigidity of the frame and the building as a whole are ensured by the joint work of the ceilings and vertical structures. The rectangular training tower with plan dimensions of 3,3x4,8 m is located between the axes H-C, 7,675/4,2-10 and is connected to the building by a passage gallery at the level of the first floor. The length of the gallery is 1m. The training tower has a metal frame-braced frame made of racks and beams, which ensures its strength, stability and spatial rigidity. The height of the tower is 12 m. Characteristics of the structural elements of the building: Foundations - monolithic cross bands made of concrete of class B10,9 for concrete preparation from concrete of class B18 25 mm thick for a two-story part, columnar for a one-story part. Garage and training tower. Rigidity diaphragms - monolithic reinforced concrete 7.5 mm thick. Frame columns - monolithic reinforced concrete of B100 class concrete. Columns with a section of 160x25m; columns with a section of 600x600mm. Ceilings and roofing - monolithic reinforced concrete beams with a thickness of 400 mm from concrete of class B400. The cross section of the beams is 160x25 mm. The floors of the training tower are corrugated steel on metal beams. The covering of the garage in the axes A-E, 400-400 and the training tower is profiled flooring on metal beams. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches, steel stair railings. External stairs are metal.
