The building has a simple almost rectangular geometric shape with a pronounced volume of the auditorium. The laconic form is due to the need, according to the Design Assignment, to have the possibility of a prefabricated building in lightweight structures. The building has a metal frame. Enclosing structures - "sandwich" panels with mineral wool insulation. The main volume has a height including the parapet - 4,700 m. Pedestrian traffic is provided with a barrier-free environment for convenient movement of people with limited mobility. The building has two exits available for MGN.

The planning organization provides the maximum output of useful and working areas. The building has an almost square lobby (foyer), which makes it possible to hold festive events. The auditorium for 150 seats is directly adjacent to the lobby. There are 11 rows in the hall. From rows 8 to 11, the floor of the hall is raised by 150 mm x 4 = 600 mm. This allows for more comfort. Stage floor raised by 800 mm. The volume of the auditorium is 7 m3/person. On the first row there are places for wheelchair users. In addition to the auditorium, the club's premises include: Library with a reading room for 9 people. The choreography hall with an area of ​​69,3 sq.m. is designed for 12 people and is designed for choreography and rhythmic gymnastics classes.
