The architectural and planning solutions of the sports and recreation complex are determined by the terms of the master plan and adopted in accordance with SP 118.13330.2012 (Public buildings and structures), in terms of ensuring fire safety in accordance with the "TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS" OF THE FEDERAL LAW dated 22.07.2008 No. 123-F3. The main characteristics of the building: the level of responsibility of the building - II, the degree of fire resistance - III, the functional fire hazard class - F3.6, the constructive fire hazard class - C0. The building of the sports complex has a rectangular shape in plan with overall dimensions of 45.0mx24,0m. The main load-bearing element of the structure is an arched panel outline made of 1,2 mm thick steel sheet with a polymer coating. The height of the arch structure is 12,0 m. The vertical ends of the building are designed from horizontal sandwich panels with a thickness of 180 mm. Insulation of arched structures - mineral wool slabs based on basalt VENTI BATTS, combustibility group NG /TU 5762-043-17925162-2006 / λ \u0d 039 W (Mk) / 180 mm thick. Basement insulation - Light BATTS slabs 150mm thick. /TU 5767-016-56925804-2011/. Overlapping over a household insert - monolithic, reinforced concrete 80 mm thick. The partition separating the gym from the household part, as well as partitions in rooms with a wet regime, are made of M100 bricks on a cement-sand mortar M50 120 mm thick. In the rest of the rooms, element-by-element assembly partitions of gypsum boards on a metal frame 120 mm thick / KNAUF systems / were designed. Stained-glass windows - two-chamber double-glazed windows from PVC profiles. Doors - steel, fireproof, glazed PVC profiles, deaf. In the built-in part of the building in axes 1-2 / A-B at elevation 0.000 there is an entrance area with a vestibule, locker rooms for trainees, a storage room for sports equipment, a coaching room, and technical rooms (electrical room, ITP). A universal sports hall with dimensions of 2 x 9 m was designed in the part of the building in axes 36,0-24,0 / A-B. The hall is intended for volleyball, basketball, handball, mini-football. At elevation +3,600m, ventilation chambers are located in axes 1-2/A-B. A steel staircase leads to the mezzanine. In accordance with the design assignment, the project provides for measures to ensure access for the disabled to the facility, taking into account the requirements of SNiP 35-01-2001 "Accessibility of buildings and structures for mobile groups of the population" (SP59.13330.2012). in the following scope: there is an entrance ramp 1.0 m wide with a slope of 1:12 to the entrance platform in front of the main entrance to provide access to the building for wheelchair users; the doors of the main entrance to the building are double-leaf with a width of one of the two canvases 0,9 m; doorways to rooms visited by the disabled are taken 0,9 m without thresholds. In the dressing rooms there are specially equipped sanitary cabins for visiting the disabled in wheelchairs. Wide benches are provided in the dressing rooms in front of the wardrobes for the disabled. The architectural and volume-spatial solution of the sports complex building was adopted in accordance with the arched structure chosen by the customer, the size of the hall, and the position on the general plan. The entrance area is highlighted with a construction of composite panels of the portal type in a contrasting color. Stained-glass windows are designed at the ends of the building.
