Architectural solutions

The appearance of the building is determined by the architectural composition, which is selected in accordance with the artistic, functional, constructive and technological requirements for the building. The composition of the internal spaces of the building is the construction of premises, which is based on the unity of the functional expediency of each room and their functional connection with each other. In terms of space and volume, the building is a single block with dimensions in terms of 24x48m. The planning organization of the designed building was decided taking into account the functional expediency and processes taking place in the building. The functional organization of the designed building is solved by dividing it into two main zones: a zone for sports (universal game room); an administrative area located on two floors and interconnected in volume by flights of stairs and landings. The mutual arrangement of all rooms is designed in such a way as to minimize the time of access from one room to another, i.e. make the process faster. Justification of the adopted volumetric and architectural and artistic decisions, including in terms of compliance with the limiting parameters of the permitted construction of a capital construction object. The projected building of the sports and recreation complex was developed in accordance with the architectural and construction assignment issued by the Customer, and in terms of volume and space solution it is a two-story building, with plan dimensions of 24x48m. When designing the building, the following means of harmonizing architectural forms as composition elements were used: symmetry - effectively brings the ensemble to unity and reveals the main element in it; rhythm - the simplest rhythm is used - meter; metric constructions are developed vertically and horizontally, by alternating identical and uniform architectural forms (windows and piers); scale - expressed in comparison of the sizes of elements (doors, windows) with the sizes of the person; color - emphasizes and highlights the elements of the facade; contrast - reveals the degree of difference between the elements of the building. The interior decoration of the main premises (game room) and most of the administrative premises of the designed building of the sports and recreation complex was solved using water-based painting on an improved plastered surface, as well as glazed tiles in the auxiliary and service premises. The project provides for the installation of aluminum profile window blocks in rooms with a permanent stay of people. The number and size of the designed windows provide natural light in each of the rooms. The project provides for the allocation of a separate, soundproof room for the placement of supply units of the ventilation system. To test the effectiveness of measures to protect the premises from noise, an acoustic calculation was performed.

Constructive decisions

The supporting frame of the building of the sports and recreation complex is a frame frame. The frame frame consists of box-section frames of the Orsk type, hinged on the foundations. The frames have rigid top knots and are installed in 4 m increments; the frames are gable. The two-story insert consists of metal columns, beams and reinforced concrete floors. Stairwells are made of fireproof structures. The two-story part is separated from the one-story fire wall. Foundations: under the racks of frame frames, half-timbered racks and racks of a 2-storey insert - columnar monolithic reinforced concrete; for brick walls, external and internal - tape from prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation slabs GOST 13580-85 and concrete blocks according to GOST 13579-78 *. Basement - up to el. +0.300 from ceramic brick KORPO 1NF/125/2.0/50 GOST 530-07 on cement-sand mortar grade 50, supported by foundation beams. Blind area - 1,5 m wide from asphalt concrete 30 mm thick on a crushed stone base 100 mm thick. External brick walls - from silicate brick SUR 125/25 GOST 379-95 solid masonry with EuroIZOL FV80 insulation (TU5762-002-84277528-2008) 120 mm thick and facing with profiled sheet C21-1000-0,7 on the outside. External walls from a three-layer metal panel - from thermal panels of JSC "Thermo-MTL" with a thickness of insulation of 150 mm on a metal frame. Internal walls - from a silicate brick of the SUR 125/25 brand of GOST 379-95 of a continuous laying 380 mm thick. Partitions - in dry rooms - from silicate brick of the brand SUR 125/25 GOST 379-95, in wet rooms - from ceramic brick of the brand K-O 100/25 GOST 530-2007. Overlapping - in axes 1-10 - profiled sheet H60-845-0.7 on metal girders with insulation "EuroIZOL N30" (TU5762-002-84277528-2008) thickness. 200 mm, in axes 10-13 - prefabricated from reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs according to TU 5842-001-01217316-05 with attic insulation - EuroIZOL K1 mineral wool slabs, thickness. 200mm. Internal stairs - from stacked reinforced concrete steps along metal stringers. Roof - professional sheet H75-750-0.8 GOST 24045-94. Windows - made of aluminum profiles with double-glazed windows according to GOST 21519-2003. Doors: external - from aluminum profiles of the Tatprof system and steel according to GOST 31173-2003; internal - wooden according to GOST 6629-88 and fireproof according to TU 5262-001-14872672-03.
