Volumetric and planning solutions

The project documentation for the site provides for the construction of an indoor sports complex with stands for spectators. The building is complex in plan with dimensions in the extreme axes of 95,00 x 80,00 m. The main entrance to the building for spectators is designed from the side of the road leading through the park from the metro, the main entrance for athletes is provided from the side of the road. The complex is designed for 700 people per day (150 people per maximum hour/shift). The number of spectators - 353 people. (at the time of the competition). The sports complex consists of an athletics arena and a three-story block of auxiliary facilities. The structure of the sports complex is subordinated to the solution of the main task - to separate the paths of movement within the complex of athletes of the track and field arena and spectators. All spectators immediately go up to the second floor of the building in the foyer and to the stands in order to avoid crossing with athletes and attendants who enter the sports complex on the first floor. In volume, the building is a twisting spiral with several "sleeves" with an increase in the number of storeys at the ends of the "sleeves". The entire architectural appearance of the building is subordinated to this idea, including the ramps for spectators leading to the second floor, the trapezoid shape of the arena's stained-glass windows, the canopy over the ramp and the external entrance staircase. The outer walls of the track and field arena hall are made with a reverse slope of 8 degrees, while the stained-glass windows remain strictly vertical, forming niches that protect the field structurally from direct sunlight. Also, for additional protection of the arena from direct sunlight, sun-protection lamellas on the stained-glass windows and its visor around the perimeter are used. The maximum height of the building from the planning ground level to the top of the parapet is 15 m. The roof of the building is rolled with a minimum slope of 1.5%, with internal drains. For a relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken. Structurally, the volume of the athletics arena adjoins the block of auxiliary premises, which allows creating a single architectural volume. The building has two main entrances. One group is located in axes 33-35 and is intended for spectators. There is a ticket office, a cloakroom for spectators, a security room, as well as an elevator for MGN to the second floor. The second group is intended for those involved and is located in the axes 23-25. There is a wardrobe for athletes, a reception area with the issuance of towels. On the ground floor there is a lobby group, an athletics hall, locker rooms, coaching rooms, a medical room and a medical unit, a buffet for athletes and staff, a loading room for a buffet and a cafe, a staff room, a security room and engineering rooms, a bath complex with a swimming pool 5.0m x 4.0m , cash register. The height of the first floor is 3,9 m. The height to the false ceiling is 3.0 m. On the second floor there is a foyer and stands for spectators, a cloakroom, a cafe for spectators and ancillary premises of the cafe, as well as administration offices, an awards office, a methodological office, and ventilation chambers. The height of the second floor is 3,9 m. The second floor of the foyer, judges' box, judges' room, sound equipment room, press box, VIP boxes for spectators, a bar for spectators with utility rooms, a gym, a general physical training hall, locker rooms, and ventilation chambers are located on the third floor. In the lobbies there are elevators for MGN, with a load capacity of 630 kg with cabin dimensions of 1100x1400 and a load capacity of 800 kg with cabin dimensions of 1200x1650, for access to all floors of the complex. Also, for vertical communication between floors, three staircases of type L1 are used. A staircase and ventilation chambers lead to the roof of the block of auxiliary premises. For access to the roof of the hall of the arena, external metal stairs are used, as well as an exit from the staircase in the axes К/М 4/6. Dividing partitions between the rooms are made of drywall in two layers over a metal frame, brick and tongue-and-groove slabs. To ensure the livelihoods of people with limited mobility, locker rooms with showers are provided, and on each floor, bathrooms that meet the requirements of SNiP 35-01-2001, a fire safety room for MGN in case of fire. An elevator rises to each floor that meets the requirements of SNiP 35-01-2001. The building is equipped with sound and visual warning systems.

Exterior finish of the building

The architecture of the facades uses a combination of blank walls and transparent stained-glass windows. The outer walls are made in the system of a ventilated facade on a metal frame. The outer layer of clinker facade slabs with dimensions of 300 x 800mm and 300 x 1000mm metal guides. Mineral wool 150 mm thick is used as insulation, which is placed between the metal racks of the frame with vapor barrier and wind protection. The plinth is made of monolithic reinforced concrete with insulation "Penoplex-35" 80 mm thick on the outside, plastered over the grid and lined with polished ceramic granite. Between the insulation and reinforced concrete, a mandatory layer of coating waterproofing is required. Composite material is used to finish decorative elements. Doors: entrance - aluminum glazed. The roof of the building is low-slope with an internal drain and is made of Isoplast welded roofing material in two layers (EKP -5mm (upper) and EPP -4mm) with Rockwool insulation for flat roofs 200mm, and operated areas. The canopy covering over the ramp, as well as the architectural elements of the parapet, are made of a folded metal roof. A metal fence 900 mm high is installed along the perimeter of the roof. Exits to the roof are organized by external vertical stairs of the P1 type, as well as an exit from the stairwell in the K / M 4/6 axes.

Partition material

The partitions that separate the sports hall from the rest of the premises are made partly of 250 mm reinforced concrete, partly of 200 mm thick aerated concrete. Partitions of technical premises are made of tongue-and-groove slabs 100 mm thick. Walls and partitions of rooms with wet and wet conditions (Turkish steam rooms, bathrooms, showers) have a waterproofing layer and are finished with ceramic tiles. Partitions of all other rooms with a thickness of 114-138mm are made of drywall on a metal frame filled with Rockwool Acoustic Butts insulation 100mm thick y=40 kg/m3. Partitions of ventilation chambers are made of brick 120 mm thick. Masonry is to be made of multi-slotted bricks of the brand KORPu 1NF / 100 / 1.4 / 50 GOST 530-2007 and solid bricks of the brand KORPu 1NF / 100/2/50 GOST 530-2007 on a solution of brand 75 (partitions adjacent to rooms with a wet regime).

Daylight

All premises with a permanent stay of people have natural light through stained-glass windows and metal-plastic windows. The sports hall is provided with standard lighting of at least 17% with multilateral side lighting. For natural light, stained-glass windows with semi-structural glazing filled with energy-efficient SunGuard HP Neutral 61/42 glass are used. The sun protection properties of glasses are based on the simultaneous reflection of part of the energy of the solar flux by spraying and the absorption of part of the energy by the thickness of the glass.

Architectural and construction measures that provide protection from noise and vibration.

Architectural solutions provide for all necessary measures to ensure protection against noise and vibration. Namely: non-foundation equipment is used in the premises of the heating center, water metering unit and pumping station; “floating” floors are used in the rooms of the ventilation chambers: an acoustic seam is made along the perimeter of the rooms, Penoplex-35 slabs with a thickness of at least 50 mm are laid under the screed. Filling partitions and ceilings - insulation "Rockwool Acoustic Butts" with a thickness of 100mm y=40kg/m3; in the gym (room 3019) and the physical training hall (room 3039) on the third floor, special coatings are being made to reduce the noise impact on the surrounding premises. All partitions between rooms made of gypsum boards are filled with Rockwool Acoustic Butts insulation 100mm thick y=40kg/m3. The design excludes the adjoining of such premises as ventilation chambers, sound equipment rooms, an elevator shaft to premises with a permanent stay of people. Additionally, the corresponding calculations are presented in the volume "ZSh".
